The School of Stomatology of Wenzhou Medical University is a secondary college affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University, which implements unified management and operation mode with the Stomatological Hospital affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University. The stomatology major of Wenzhou Medical College was established in 1999, and was awarded the master's degree in stomatology in 2005. In 2007, it began to recruit international students.
From 20 12 to 12, the college became the first stomatological college in Zhejiang province to be audited by the expert group of undergraduate professional certification of stomatology of the Ministry of Education because of its clear school-running goal, clear school-running concept, reasonable discipline orientation and orderly teaching management.
The School of Stomatology of Wenzhou Medical University undertakes scientific research projects such as national and provincial natural science funds, has many excellent courses at the provincial and university levels, and many scientific research projects have won provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards, forming a discipline pattern dominated by prosthodontics and orthodontics, which promotes the all-round development of other disciplines.
