"12328" hotline, as a national unified supervision telephone for transportation services, covers business fields such as roads, waterways, road transportation, urban passenger transport, maritime affairs, search and rescue, etc.
It is an important carrier for transportation authorities at all levels to listen to people's voices, smooth public opinion and gather people's wisdom. It is also an important channel for the broad masses of the people to express their wishes, reflect their interests and participate in industry governance.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology agreed to assign "12328" as the national unified special service number of the transportation service supervision telephone, which is the unified social public service supervision telephone of the transportation industry.
12328 telephone service is handled within a limited time:
(a) for information consulting matters, the organizer shall reply to the handling opinions within 5 working days from the date of receiving the transferred matters.
(two) for the opinions and suggestions, the organizer shall reply to the opinions within 10 working days from the date of receiving the transferred matters.
(three) for complaints and reports, the organizer shall reply to the handling opinions within 30 working days from the date of receiving the transferred matters.
Where laws and administrative regulations provide otherwise, such provisions shall prevail.
