1. Click to log in to Pinduoduo workbench. After logging in, click the merchant background in the lower left corner of the merchant workbench to enter the merchant background.
2. Find a lot of customer service on the left side of the merchant's background. Click the chat record query to open the chat record, and you can click Select to query according to the customer service account.
3. If you pull the page on the left, you will see a column full of customer service, and there are two tabs below: chat history inquiry and online status.
