In order to better select outstanding talents, enrich the ranks of cadres and optimize the personnel structure, it is decided to openly recruit 3 staff members of Jiangsu Forestry Research Institute (a fully funded institution) for graduates in 2007 and 2008. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Application conditions

Second, registration.
(1) Time and place of registration
Registration time: July 3, 2008 (9: 00 am-165438+0: 30 pm, 2: 00 pm-17: 30 pm).
Registration place: Room 303, Comprehensive Building, Jiangsu Academy of Forestry (get off at Yuhuatai South Gate 154 Terminal, or transfer to Andan Line at Andemen Subway Station and get off at Jiangsu Academy of Forestry).
(2) Matters needing attention in registration
Each applicant is limited to one position. Applicants should provide the following materials when registering: ① Two recent one-inch bareheaded front color photos; (2) Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff of Public Institutions by Jiangsu Forestry Bureau (available for download in the column of Jiangsu Forestry Network Personnel Park); (3) My ID card and the "Two-way Employment Recommendation Form for Graduates" uniformly printed by the Provincial Department of Education issued by my institution; (4) subjects and transcripts learned (revised) during school.
Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided, and pay the registration fee 100 yuan when receiving the admission ticket.
Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures
This exam includes a written test and an interview.
1, written test. All applicants are required to take a written test, which includes: basic knowledge (comprehensive knowledge and writing) and professional knowledge test, and no review books are specified. Candidates should take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket. The written test score reached 60% of the total paper score. The written test score accounts for 30% of the final total score.
2. Interview. Among those who pass the written test, according to the order from high score to low score, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score within the range of 1: 3 of the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position. Candidates will be informed of the interview time and place of each position one week before the exam. After the interview results are reviewed by the examination room supervisor, the examiner will notify the candidates on the spot. The total interview score is 60% qualified. The interview results are included in the final total score by 70%.
Complete all recruitment work within 60 working days (from the registration deadline to the final selection and publicity).
Fourth, admission
After the interview, according to the total score, according to the proportion of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1, the participants will be determined from high score to low score, and the physical examination will be conducted with reference to the National General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial).
Those who pass the physical examination shall be assessed by the employer.
If the medical examination or assessment is unqualified, a one-time replacement will be given at the same post according to the total score of the examination. The employing unit shall sign an employment contract with those who pass the physical examination and assessment, and handle the relevant employment procedures.
Employed personnel shall be subject to a one-year probation period, and those who pass the examination after the probation period shall be hired and graded. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and choose their own jobs.
