Please note that hotline 12345 does not replace departmental functions. All departments shall handle relevant business according to the division of responsibilities, and implement supervision and law enforcement and emergency response. Involving administrative law enforcement cases and complaints, in accordance with the principle of graded responsibility, the hotline will be transferred to the local government and relevant departments at the first time.
