From August 6 to August 22, 2005, the first global wool auction jointly organized by China Wool Textile Association, Nanjing Wool Market and Australian Adelaide Brokerage Company was held in Nanjing. The 132 combined batch of fat wool in this auction is superfine wool of various specifications and conventional varieties produced in eastern and western Australia this year. They consist of 53 1 batch of forage grass and 5000 bales of grass, with an average fineness of 1000 tons. 3. In September, China (Puyuan) International Wool Knitting Expo was held in Puyuan, Zhejiang. The Expo is co-sponsored by China Wool Textile Association, China Fashion Color Association and Tongxiang Municipal People's Government. The Expo showed the latest fashion trends of wool knitted garments, process equipment and raw and auxiliary materials, and built a purchasing platform for domestic and foreign merchants for sweaters, raw materials and equipment. Focusing on the theme of "fashion", the Expo will hold a series of sweater fashion activities, build a colorful fashion stage and professional platform, and create unlimited business opportunities. During the Expo, China Wool Textile Association and China Fashion Color Association jointly held the 2005 National Wool Knitted Clothing Seminar, which was attended by more than 200 senior leaders, scholars, business people and business elites from home and abroad. Focusing on the development status and trend of wool knitted garment industry, the international fashion color outlook in 2006, the analysis of wool knitted product trend in 2006, the influence of the change of retail format on the development of wool knitted garment industry, the production technology and quality control of wool knitted garment, the dyeing technology of multi-fiber yarn, the introduction of new spinning technology, and the application of functional fiber in wool products, this paper makes in-depth research and discussion on China sweater industry, especially Puyuan sweater.
4. The 4th China (Da Lang) International Wool Products Fair, jointly sponsored by Textile Branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China Wool Textile Association and Dongguan Municipal People's Government, opened in Dalang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province on June 65438+1October 65438+September, 2005, with nearly 6000 guests attending. There are more than 1800 booths in this exhibition, attracting nearly 600 famous brands from all over the world. 5. The wool professional committee of China Wool Association successfully held the 17th national wool raw material trading information exchange meeting. In addition to the information exchange and display of raw materials and products, small-scale auctions of foreign wool and China wool were also organized, which enriched the content of the meeting, and the domestic and foreign representatives attending the meeting were very enthusiastic.
6. Participate in co-organizing Qinghe International Cashmere and Cashmere Products Expo, and co-organize the 12th Qinghe International Cashmere and Cashmere Products Expo in 2005. We have witnessed the progress of Qinghe Exhibition, attracted more and more overseas capital, and the project level is getting higher and higher.

7. The China Wool Association organized the translation and publication of the Compilation of Arbitration Agreements and Standards of the International Wool Textile Organization. The collection introduces the common trade rules and common testing methods and standards in international wool trade, including the arbitration rules of the International Wool Textile Organization (Blue Book), the application rules of the original wool certificate, testing methods and standards (Red Book) and appendices, which are very helpful for enterprises to carry out international trade. After the publication of the Compilation of Arbitration Agreements and Standards of the International Wool Textile Organization, it was well received by enterprises, saying that it was a good thing for the industry.
8. Carefully analyze the economic operation of the industry and provide information for the industry and relevant departments in a timely manner.
9. The 2005/2006 edition of Practical Guide to Wool Textile in China, edited in cooperation with China Textile Information Center, has been published.
