Liability for breach of contract of intransitive verbs:
1. Seven. Intellectual copyright
1. Party A shall not use the training specified in this contract to carry out commercial and profitable activities.
2. All texts such as handouts, materials and course CDs used in the training specified in this contract belong to Party B's copyright and are only used by the trainees of Party A during training and after-class review. Without the written authorization of Party B, Party A shall not copy and spread in any way.
3. During the training period, Party A shall not conduct on-site audio and video recording.
Eight. Supplementary terms:
