● If the ticket card is faulty, the cardholder must take the card to the customer service center for testing. After confirmation, the cardholder will exchange the receipt for a new card within 7 working days; If it is damaged due to man-made reasons, the cardholder shall pay 20 yuan for the new card;
● Tickets for normal use will not be replaced.
