Third, we must strictly manage the rental income. The rental income of idle real estate retained by the unit is mainly used for infrastructure barracks, and "two lines of revenue and expenditure" are implemented to strengthen the management of budget and final accounts. Fourth, we must strictly supervise and inspect. The implementation of the target management responsibility system, the rental unit shall conduct an inspection on the use of vacant real estate rented by the lessee every quarter, and the troops and headquarters shall conduct an inspection once a year or conduct random inspections, and handle the problems in time when found.
