First: the three northeastern provinces. At present, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning can all move into the National Five Model.
Second: North China. Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Shanxi, Beijing and Tianjin can normally license the national five models.
Third: the northwest. In the northwest of China, the emission standard of Shanxi Province is stricter, and it must meet the national five standards before it can move in, while Gansu, Qinghai and Xinjiang all implement the national four standards. As for Ningxia Autonomous Region, except Yinchuan, which is the fourth national standard, the rest are all the third national standards.
Fourth: East China. Shandong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Fujian are all national five standards. As long as your car meets the national five standards, you can move. However, according to the relevant policies of Shanghai, if you want to move to Shanghai, you may need to meet the national five -II standard. Anhui implements the national four standards.
Up to now, Jiangxi Province has cancelled the "policy of moving in used cars", so as long as it meets the annual inspection and environmental protection standards, it can move in, except for yellow-label cars.
Fifth: Central China. Except Zhengzhou, the provincial capital, and Gongyi, the county-level city under its jurisdiction, Henan implements the national five standards, and the rest all implement the national four standards. Hubei province implements the national four standards and Hunan province implements the national three standards.
Sixth: Southwest China. Chongqing, as a municipality directly under the central government, is the only city that implements the national four emission standards. At present, Sichuan, Yunnan and Tibet also implement the national four emission standards, and they can move in as long as they meet the requirements. Like Jiangxi, Guizhou has lifted the relocation restriction policy. Strictly speaking, Guizhou can only move into the national second-class and above models.
Seventh: South China. Because the national six emission standards have a great impact on the used car industry, in order to better promote the healthy development of the used car industry, Guangdong has given support to nine cities in the Pearl River Delta, and can continue to implement the free movement of used cars in the Pearl River Delta region. These nine cities include Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, Foshan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing, and the policy was postponed until June 30, 2023. In Guangxi Autonomous Region, except Beihai, Chongzuo, Guigang, Guilin, Hechi, Hezhou, Laibin, Liuzhou, Nanning and Yulin, which are the national four emission standards, the rest are not restricted. Hainan province is also not subject to emission restrictions.
