2. Go to the management department to receive and fill in the application form for housing ownership registration. After the application form is completed, the developer needs to sign and seal it.

3. Take the mapping map, you can apply to the housing area measuring station designated by the developer, or you can take the ID card directly to the developer.

4. Obtain relevant documents, including the purchase contract, the house settlement form, and the copy of the big house property certificate. The completed application form needs to be reviewed and sealed by the developer.

5. Pay the public maintenance fund and deed tax, submit the application materials, keep the notice of obtaining the real estate license given by the management department, and collect it at the specified time.
