Main responsibilities of Guilin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau

In accordance with the policies and standards of the state and the autonomous region on urban and rural social insurance and supplementary insurance, we will organize the implementation of unified social insurance relationship continuation methods and social insurance fund pooling methods, coordinate the basic old-age insurance of institutions and institutions, and gradually improve the level of fund pooling. Formulate and improve the management and supervision system of social insurance and its supplementary insurance funds in conjunction with relevant departments, strengthen the management and supervision of social insurance funds, improve and perfect the supervision mechanism of social insurance funds, and prepare the draft budget and final accounts of social insurance funds.

(9) Responsible for the comprehensive management of civil servants in the city's administrative organs, responsible for referring to the civil service law administrative units and the comprehensive management of government sequential staff, implementing the relevant personnel deployment policies and special personnel placement policies, jointly with relevant departments, formulating the measures for commending and rewarding institutions in the city, reviewing the incentive activities implemented in the name of the Municipal People's Government, and reviewing the personnel who are rewarded and commended in the name of the Municipal People's Government. To undertake matters related to the administrative appointment and removal of the Municipal People's Government.

(12) Organize the implementation of the mediation and arbitration system for labor and personnel disputes and the labor relations policy, improve the coordination mechanism of labor relations, implement special labor protection policies, put an end to the illegal use of child workers, female workers and underage workers, organize the implementation of labor supervision and coordination among workers, and investigate and deal with major cases according to law.

(fourteen) to undertake other tasks assigned by the Municipal People's government.
