First, investors' household registration access
1. Investors who have invested 1 10,000 yuan in our city, paid taxes of more than 50,000 yuan for two consecutive years and paid social insurance according to law are allowed to settle in Wuxi.
2. The legal representatives and senior managers of other provinces and cities who set up industrial investment of 6.5438+0 million yuan in our city and paid taxes of more than 6.5438+0 million yuan for two consecutive years shall pay social insurance according to law, and those who have purchased their own houses in this city are allowed to settle in Wuxi.
3. Private entrepreneurs legally operating in our city who have paid taxes of more than RMB 1 000 for two consecutive years, paid social insurance according to law, and bought their own houses in this city are allowed to settle in Wuxi.
4. Foreign businessmen, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel who have invested US$ 6.5438+0.5 million in this city, and their domestic relatives have legally fixed residences in our city, can apply for 65438+0 domestic relatives to settle in Wuxi; If the investment reaches US$ 200,000, two domestic relatives can be placed in Tin; If the investment reaches $250,000, three domestic relatives can settle in Wuxi.
The second is the household registration access to purchase houses.
5. Those who buy complete sets of commercial houses (including second-hand houses) in this city with an average construction area of over 60 square meters and have a stable job in this city are allowed to settle in tin.
Third, migrant workers' household registration access.
6. Migrant workers who are legally registered (employed) in our city's enterprises and participate in our city's social insurance, who have actually paid for 5 years and bought houses with per capita construction area of 18 square meters in this city, are allowed to settle in tin.
7. Migrant workers who have graduated from technical secondary schools or technical schools, legally registered (employed) in enterprises in our city, participated in social insurance in our city, and actually paid for 3 years, and bought housing with per capita construction area of 18 square meters in this city are allowed to settle in Wuxi.
8. Migrant workers with college education or above, legally registered (employed) in enterprises in our city, participating in social insurance in our city, with the actual payment period of 2 years, and purchasing housing with per capita construction area of 18 square meters in this city are allowed to settle in Wuxi.
Four, the state and the Wuxi Municipal People's government promulgated and implemented other types of household registration access related policies.
9. The cadres and workers mobilized by the human and social departments and the relevant national policies clearly stipulate the introduction of various talents and college graduates.
10. demobilized military cadres approved by the military transfer office, retired military personnel and military retirees resettled by the civil affairs department have settled down.
1 1. The dependents of military cadres approved by the political department of the troops stationed in tin at or above the division level have settled down.
12. Students from junior colleges and technical colleges admitted with the approval of the State Education Commission and the Provincial Department of Education settled down.
13. Parents, children and spouses who have been approved by the public security organs take refuge and settle down.
(1) A citizen with a legally fixed residence in this city whose parents are in other places, male is over 60 years old and female is over 55 years old, and both parents have taken refuge in Wuxi at the same time.
(2) Citizens with legal permanent residence in this city, their children in other places can take refuge in Wuxi (the per capita housing area after refuge is not less than 18 square meters).
(3) Citizens who have a legally fixed residence in this city, their spouses in other places can take refuge and settle in Wuxi.
14. Originally from this city, the husband and wife have retired and come to live in Wuxi. They have legal permanent residence in this city. Men are over 60 years old and women are over 55 years old. Both husband and wife apply to settle in Wuxi at the same time.
15. Graduates from local universities, technical colleges and vocational colleges (including dropouts) returned to Wuxi to settle down.
16. The athletes approved by the Municipal Sports Management Center settled down.
17. outstanding migrant workers approved by the municipal human resources and social security department have settled down.
18. outstanding new citizens who have been approved by the municipal population and family planning department to settle down.
These regulations came into effect on May 20 1 year 14. Where the previous provisions on household registration are inconsistent with these provisions, these provisions shall prevail.
The Wuxi Municipal Public Security Bureau shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Provisions.
