(a) Qingyuan City should earnestly shoulder the main responsibility for the construction of Qingyuan Salt Lake New District and actively promote the relevant preparatory work for the construction of Qingyuan Salt Lake New District. Coordinate and properly handle the relationship between Qingyuan Salt Lake New District and the central city, high-tech zone, districts and counties and surrounding cities, especially Guangzhou, and promote the coordinated development of the city and surrounding areas. (two) the relevant departments at the provincial level should further strengthen the guidance on the construction of Qingyuan Salt Lake New District. The provincial development and reform commission strengthened overall coordination and guided the development planning and policy innovation of Qingyuan Salt Lake New District with relevant departments; The provincial editorial office should guide Qingyuan Salt Lake New District to do a good job in management system innovation and organizational structure setting; Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission, Science and Technology Department, Finance Department, Land and Resources Department, Environmental Protection Department, Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department, Transportation Department, Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department, Education Department, Local Taxation Bureau, Tourism Bureau, Finance Office and other relevant departments should support related work and policy innovation. The management organization and organizational structure of Qingyuan Salt Lake New District shall be submitted to the provincial government for approval as soon as possible by Qingyuan Municipal Government according to the prescribed procedures.
