(1) Improve the energy management system. Realize the three-level energy management system of the company, workshop department and team, and set up an internal energy management leading group to manage the energy of the factory, workshop and team step by step. Scientifically design the energy management system, implement the energy management certificate, establish a series of ledgers such as "power consumption summary table" and "total energy consumption table", and combine the production cost to continuously promote the improvement of energy efficiency.
(2) Information application and expert comprehensive diagnosis. Through the systematic monitoring and analysis of electricity consumption in the production process, it is found that the eliminated transformers and motors are still in operation, some high-voltage equipment is misoperation, some motors and pumps have poor self-adjustment ability, which is a serious waste, and the electricity management of lighting systems and office equipment is extensive.
(3) Management optimization and technology upgrading. Through targeted demand-side management governance and transformation, energy value discovery will be gradually realized, and energy comprehensive utilization efficiency will be improved.
