Five, responsible for the implementation of import and export of food, animals and plants and their products production (breeding, planting), processing and storage units, responsible for the implementation of import safety and quality licensing and export quality licensing, responsible for the implementation of import and export products, system certification and laboratory accreditation, personnel registration and other work, and carry out supervision and management.
