The contract number in the lease contract is a number set by itself, which is convenient for the lessor to count the rental situation of his house. This figure is not the content of the contract. In judicial practice, unless there is a contract number when signing a contract with a company, there is generally no contract number. As the lessee, the contract number is meaningless, which is convenient for the lessor to count and manage.

Rental housing should be registered for the record. When signing, modifying or canceling the lease contract, the parties concerned shall register with the real estate management department of the people's government of the municipality directly under the central government, city or county where the house is located.
