Brief Introduction of Qidong Administrative Service Center

The center was moved to the convenience service center building at Park South Road 199 on August 5, 20/3. There are 8 floors in the building, with 1-7 as the administrative service center, of which 1-5 is the external service window, and the first floor is the public security service hall, which is mainly used for entry and exit and household registration management. The second floor is the people's social service hall, which mainly sets up service windows such as medical insurance, social security and employment management; The third floor is a comprehensive service hall, which mainly sets up service windows closely related to people's livelihood services and social management such as civil affairs, education, health, transportation, notarization, provident fund, water, electricity and gas. The fourth floor is the service window for construction projects, which mainly sets up service windows for housing construction, environmental protection, development and reform, commerce, industry and commerce, civil air defense and fire protection. The fifth floor is the tax service hall, which mainly sets up tax service windows for national tax and local tax. The 6th-7th floors are stationed units, central management offices and large project offices, with a total construction area of 1 1 1,000 square meters. At present, the center consists of management departments and 47 windows of accredited units, with 827 administrative examination and approval, licensing and service matters and more than 370 staff. The center consists of four departments: office (network management department), comprehensive coordination department, project management department and complaint supervision department (supervision room), which are responsible for the daily management of the center.

With the completion of the overall relocation of the center building and the basic implementation of the "three centralization and three in place" work, the center will focus on improving the quality of administrative examination and approval services, continue to improve the service mechanism and optimize the service methods, and strive to create a new bright spot of administrative examination and approval services with Qidong characteristics.
