Rule number one In order to standardize the enrollment behavior, ensure the smooth enrollment of local non-military undergraduates, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Training Management Department of the Central Military Commission, combined with the reality of our school.
Rule number two Army Medical University (commonly known as the Third Military Medical University, national standard code: 9 10 12) is a national key university with a long history and glorious tradition, a key military construction institution, the first batch of doctoral degree authorized units in China, and the first batch of eight-year medical education institutions. The form of enrollment is national unified recruitment.
Rule three. Non-military local undergraduate course refers to the general higher education students recruited and trained by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of Education for local areas after implementing the development strategy of national defense and civil technology integration. Students have no military status at school and do not enjoy the relevant treatment of military students. Training and management work shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the army. Don't join the army after graduation and work independently for the society.
Article 4? Non-military local undergraduates who have been admitted and obtained the official student status of the Army Medical University in accordance with the national enrollment management regulations, obtained the required credits within the allowed study period, and met the relevant provisions on graduation and award of the Army Medical University, shall be awarded the following national recognition and electronic registration certificates by the Ministry of Education:
(1) Undergraduate graduates: bachelor's degree certificates and bachelor's degree certificates issued by Army Medical University.
(2) Eight-year graduates: bachelor's degree certificates, doctor's degree certificates, bachelor's degree certificates and doctor's degree certificates awarded to the Army Medical University. Eight-year graduates majoring in clinical medicine can obtain the qualification certificate of practicing doctors and the standardized training certificate of residents by passing the relevant examinations of the state and Chongqing Municipal Health and Wellness Committee.
Chapter two? Organization and responsibilities
Article 5? The school enrollment leading group is responsible for formulating the enrollment policy for local non-military undergraduates, and studying and deciding the major issues of enrollment for local non-military undergraduates.
Article 6? Under the leadership of the leading group for enrollment work, the School Admissions Office is responsible for compiling the enrollment plan for local non-military undergraduates, organizing enrollment publicity and consultation, revising and issuing enrollment brochures, organizing and implementing enrollment, reviewing enrollment information and enrollment files, and carrying out re-examination for freshmen.
Article 7? The discipline inspection and supervision department of the school is responsible for supervising the implementation of the enrollment policy and ensuring the openness, fairness and impartiality of enrollment.
Chapter three? Enrollment plan and admission
Article 8? According to the number, scale and specialty of undergraduate students without military status approved by the higher authorities, combined with the actual situation of our school's talent training level and school conditions, the school has comprehensively considered the number of candidates, the quality of students, the trend of economic and social development, the demand for local talents, the employment quality and destination of graduates in all provinces (including autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the same below), and determined the enrollment plan by provinces and specialties, which was announced to the public by the provincial admissions authorities.
Article 9? School enrollment is conducted under the leadership of the Ministry of Education and the Training Management Department of the Central Military Commission, under the unified organization of the provincial admissions department, adhering to fair competition, fair selection and open procedures, and adopting the methods of comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Article 10? Access principle
(a) the school only recruits ordinary high school graduates who meet the registration conditions of students' places of origin and are party member or members.
(two) according to the results provided by the provincial admissions office for the record. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, in principle, the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 1.20% for batches that voluntarily file in sequence; According to the batch of filing in parallel volunteer, the proportion of filing should be controlled within 100% in principle.
(3) Candidates' physical examination conclusions must meet the requirements of relevant majors, take the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities nationwide, and reach the control line of a number of undergraduate admission scores in the provinces where they are located (the provinces with merged batches shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of each province). According to the candidates' grades and professional wishes, there is no professional grade difference in admission from high score to low score according to the principle of score priority. In case of candidates with the same score, they will be admitted according to the sorting rules of the same score published by the provinces.
(4) For the batches that volunteer to file in turn, if the number of the first volunteer candidates is insufficient, the non-first volunteer candidates in the same batch will be selected from high to low according to the candidates' filing scores until the source plan is completed. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished projects will also solicit volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.
(five) the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in the pilot province is required to be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the selected subjects announced by the province, and the admission principle is implemented in accordance with the relevant policies determined by the province.
(6) The enrollment major does not limit the ratio of male to female students.
(7) After the candidates enter the school, the foreign language teaching is English.
Article 11? Physical examination standards shall be implemented in the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation (J [2003] No.3). According to the guidance, the medical profession will not admit color blindness, color weakness and other people who can't accurately identify colors, except for the diseases listed in it that can't be admitted to schools. Those who have the following conditions are not suitable for medical majors: any eye is corrected to 4.8 lenses with a power greater than 800 degrees; One eye is blind and the other eye is corrected to 4.8, and the lens power is greater than 400 degrees; Hearing in both ears is within 3 meters, or hearing in one ear is within 5 meters, and the other ear is completely deaf; Strabismus, slow sense of smell, stuttering; An allergic reaction to chemicals. In addition, candidates should be physically and mentally healthy, have no serious acute or chronic diseases, have no infectious diseases, have good facial features, and have no obvious defects in face and body parts.
Chapter four? Attached? rule
Article 12? After the new students enter the school, the school will review them in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national enrollment. Those who do not meet the requirements will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations until the admission qualification is cancelled. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified once found. Candidates who do not meet the registration requirements or are determined by the school to be unsuitable for activities in the military administrative zone shall be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the military.
Thirteenth schools charge tuition and accommodation fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the standards approved by the Chongqing Municipal Price Bureau. The tuition fee for eight-year basic medicine and eight-year clinical medicine is 5000 yuan/person/academic year; The tuition fee for the five-year program of clinical medicine, preventive medicine and stomatology is 4500 yuan/person/academic year; The tuition fee for four-year majors in pharmacy, medical imaging technology, medical laboratory technology and biomedical engineering is 4,000 yuan/person/academic year. Students at different learning stages are arranged by the school, and the accommodation fee is 1200 yuan/person/academic year. If the price department at a higher level adjusts the charging standard, it shall be implemented according to the latest approved standard.
Fourteenth schools do not entrust any intermediary institutions or individuals to enroll students, and do not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. The school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals engaged in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of our school.
Article 15 After the promulgation of the Articles of Association, if the Ministry of Education, the Training Management Department of the Central Military Commission and some provinces adjust the enrollment policy for the college entrance examination, the school will adjust the enrollment policy accordingly and make a separate announcement.
Article 16 The Admissions Office of Army Military Medical University shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Articles of Association.
