After 10 years of development and construction, High-tech Zone has become a base for developing high-tech industries in Chongqing, a window for opening to the outside world, a demonstration area for scientific and technological innovation, a school for cultivating high-tech entrepreneurs and incubating high-tech enterprises, and a new type of community showing the characteristics of the city.
In the next five years, the high-tech zone will strive to build three industrial bases: photoelectric industry, medical device industry and software industry; Focus on cultivating and developing four leading industries: electronic information, bioengineering and new medicine, new materials and electromechanical integration; Run five professional incubators: Software Park, Overseas Students Pioneer Park, Bio-biochemical Pharmaceutical Science and Technology Development Park, Photoelectric Science and Technology Development Park and Electromechanical Integration Science and Technology Development Park; Implement six major projects: industrial base construction project, incubation base construction project, human resources construction project, intermediary and social service system construction project, investment and financing system construction project and public management system construction project; Create eight environments: legal system, policy, system, talents, finance, market, community and public opinion.
By 2007, the high-tech zone will strive to achieve a total income of 75 billion yuan, a total industrial output value of 60 billion yuan and a tax revenue of 3 billion yuan; In 20 10, the total income of technology, industry and trade is 120 billion yuan, the total industrial output value is10 billion yuan, and the tax revenue is 6 billion yuan.
