Beijing-Tibet Expressway passes through cities: Beijing, Zhangjiakou, Wulanchabu, Hohhot, Baotou, Bayannaoer, Wuhai, Yinchuan, Wuzhong, Zhongwei, Baiyin, Lanzhou, Xining, Golmud and Lhasa.

Total planned length: 3,724 kilometers Starting point: Beijing End point: Lhasa, Xizang Autonomous Region.

It passes through the provincial capital cities: Beijing, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Gansu, Qinghai and Tibet, with a total length of about 3,724 kilometers.
