Article 2 Organizational structure
The College has set up an Admissions Committee composed of college leaders, heads of relevant departments, teachers' representatives, alumni representatives and students' representatives, which is fully responsible for the enrollment work of the College. The Department of Admissions and Employment is the permanent institution of the college's enrollment work, with the Admissions Office under it. The College Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Ombudsman's Office supervise the whole process of college enrollment to ensure fairness, justice and openness of enrollment.

In 2020, the college will recruit students from 25 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) across the country, and the enrollment plan will be based on the professional catalogue published by each student source.
Article 4 Major majors
According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education, in 2020, the college will implement the "professional+professional" enrollment model. Major categories include: tourism management (including hotel management and tourism management).
According to the large-scale enrollment, the college implements the talent training mode of "wide caliber, thick foundation and diversification": it is divided into two learning stages. The first learning stage is general education and professional general education, which is mainly based on public courses and professional basic courses in the whole hospital. The second learning stage is professional education, which is mainly specialized courses and quality development courses. According to the professional ability, students' volunteers, academic conditions and academic specialties, the college implements professional diversion between the two learning stages, and there are relevant regulations.

In 2020, the computer science and technology major of the College and Iflytek Co., Ltd. will implement school-enterprise cooperation, as follows:

Enrollment province: Guizhou Province Admission batch: the second batch of undergraduate courses (science and engineering)
Training direction: enterprise software development, big data application development, artificial intelligence direction. Training mode: this major adopts the training system of "2+ 1+ 1", which is implemented in three stages. The first stage is to train students for two years, strengthen students' basic core courses, and make clear the direction of career development; The second stage is a one-year training, focusing on professional courses, professional training and project development; The third stage, training for one year, is mainly about Iflytek Co., Ltd. providing students with an internship platform, establishing career development plans, and building employment channels and networks.
Matters needing attention in admission: This major will be enrolled separately in the Catalogue of Enrollment Majors of Colleges and Universities in Guizhou Province in 2020, and only candidates who fill in their professional volunteers will be admitted. This major is not allowed to be adjusted, and it is not allowed to change majors after entering school.
Article 6 Access Rules
1. Our college implements the long-distance online admission mode and the admission system of "the college is responsible for recruiting supervisors", and follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physique, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission", vigorously promotes "sunshine enrollment" and strictly implements "six prohibitions", "ten prohibitions" and "ten announcements" in enrollment work.
2. The provinces (municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions) should check the candidates' files within 105% of our planned enrollment.
3. Our hospital agrees to implement the policies and regulations of the education administrative departments and enrollment examination institutions of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) on adding or subtracting points;
4. The principle of "defining the major" is adopted in the professional admission of our college, that is, the candidates with the first professional volunteer are given priority. If the first professional volunteer (the first parallel filing) can't complete the enrollment plan, it will be admitted from high to low according to the order of other professional volunteers and the number of enrollment plans of each major reported by the candidates; When the candidates' professional volunteers can't be satisfied, if they are subject to professional adjustment, they will be admitted to our college according to the candidates' professional achievements from high to low. Those who do not obey the professional adjustment shall be dismissed. Our college has no requirement for professional arrangement. 5. Candidates who apply for art classes must take the professional unified examination in the province (city, district) where the candidates are located and pass the examination before the cultural examination. In the provinces (cities, districts) admissions examination institutions within the scope of the file, the professional candidates according to the professional performance (candidates in the province (city) a professional examination (entrance examination) results) from high to low into the file admission. Candidates with the same professional achievements and high total scores of cultural achievements are admitted; If the total score of cultural achievements remains unchanged, candidates with high total scores of cultural achievements will be admitted after the policy points are cancelled; If the total score of cultural achievements is still the same after the cancellation of policy bonus points, the candidates with high scores in related subjects will be given priority, and the admission order is as follows (by serial number comparison, candidates with high scores will be admitted, candidates with the same scores will be admitted, and so on): foreign language, Chinese and comprehensive.
6. Candidates who apply for sports must take the professional unified examination in the province (city, district) where the candidates are located and pass the examination before the cultural examination. Candidates who enter the sports category in the province are selected according to their comprehensive scores from high to low [comprehensive scores = cultural scores /2+ professional scores]; Candidates who enter the sports category outside the province are admitted from high to low according to their professional achievements.
7. In 2020, our college will recruit "non-Tibetan students to work in Tibet" candidates in the whole province.
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, relevant ministries and commissions and the Xizang Autonomous Region Municipal Government, this targeted batch only recruits fresh high school graduates, enriching grassroots cadres below the county level in Tibet after graduation and working in Tibet for not less than 5 years. In addition, the admitted candidates must sign relevant agreements with the school and the Education Department of Xizang Autonomous Region. In addition, the tuition and accommodation fees of candidates during their stay at school are paid by the state special finance, and candidates will also receive special grants every year.
8. Special professional requirements
(1) foreign language and foreign language single subject score requirements: English and translation majors require that the foreign language be English, with a single subject score of not less than 100 (full score 150) and an oral test score of not less than 80 (full score100); Other majors are not limited to foreign languages, foreign language scores and oral exams. After entering the school, only college English, college Japanese and college Russian are offered as public foreign languages.

(3) Mathematics and Applied Mathematics majors require that the score of a single subject in mathematics is not less than 80 points (full score 150 points).
(4) Physical health requirements:
(1) Physical examination is limited to majors according to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary provisions.

Article 8 Scholarship and grant policy
Our college helps students from poor families to finish their studies smoothly in various forms. Article 9 Graduation and Degree
Students who have completed the contents stipulated in the teaching plan within the specified period of time, passed the examination, and the credits meet the graduation requirements, will be issued with the graduation certificate of zunyi normal College recognized by the state and electronically registered by the Ministry of Education, and stamped with the official seal. A bachelor's degree certificate that meets the conditions for granting a bachelor's degree.
