If it is necessary to apply for a loan, the applicant shall apply for a mortgage or provident fund loan with the purchase contract, resettlement agreement, receipt of payment, down payment certificate and other materials and handle mortgage registration;
5. After the purchased commercial house is delivered for filing, the applicant pays the relevant taxes and applies to directly register the purchased commercial house in the applicant's name.
