7) Service provision and restriction:

In Call provides services only in Chinese mainland. Incoll system provides services through wireless communication network and global positioning system (GPS). However, this service is not available in all areas of Chinese mainland (especially some remote and closed communication areas), and it is not applicable to all vehicles. The geographical location where you drive may affect the quality and efficiency of our services (including but not limited to navigation services). Incoll system can only run in the service coverage area of our wireless service provider. If your vehicle location is not within the service coverage area of our wireless service provider, even if your vehicle is equipped with the hardware equipment of in Call system, in Call system cannot provide service.

Incoll system will provide you with "airbag rescue" service. Relationship between incall and service provider

Incoll and service provider are independent business entities. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, Call and Service Provider shall not be agents or representatives of the other party to any extent. Incoll's responsibility is limited to providing a bridge for you or your vehicle to contact the service provider. When you or the in Call system in your car is activated and sends out a demand signal, if you need the help of a service provider, our customer service consultant will help you get in touch with the service provider you need or transfer your demand to the relevant service provider. However, we cannot guarantee that all service providers will respond or respond in time, nor can we assume the responsibility arising from whether service providers can respond and respond in time.
