Computer information system integration qualification refers to the comprehensive ability of enterprises to engage in computer information system integration, including technical level, management level, service level, quality assurance ability, technical equipment, system construction quality, personnel composition and quality, operating performance, asset status and other factors. * * * is divided into four grades:
Level 1: It has the ability to independently undertake the construction of various computer information systems of national, provincial (ministry), industrial, prefectural (city) (and below), large, medium and small construction enterprises.
Grade II: It has the ability to independently undertake the computer information system construction of provincial (ministry), industrial, prefectural (city) (and below), large, medium and small construction enterprises or jointly undertake the national computer information system construction.
Level 3: Have the ability to independently undertake the construction of small and medium-sized enterprise-level computer information systems or jointly undertake the construction of large-scale construction units (or have a considerable scale).
Level 4: Have the ability to independently undertake the construction of small enterprises or jointly undertake the construction of computer information systems of medium-sized enterprises (or a considerable scale).
The competent authority for system integration qualification certification is the Management Committee for Computer Information System Integration Qualification Certification established by the Ministry of Information Industry. The qualification certification management committee consists of: an expert committee on computer information system integration qualification certification, which provides technical advice and participates in qualification evaluation; Computer information system integration qualification certification office is the daily office of qualification certification, responsible for the organization and implementation of qualification certification. Computer information system integration qualification certification means that in order to obtain the computer information system integration qualification certificate, a computer information system integration enterprise must be certified by a third-party certification body authorized by the Ministry of Information Industry. Enterprises can only apply to the competent department of information industry for approval if they pass the certification of certification bodies.
