(2) interview. According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.5 in the recruitment position plan from high to low. If the number of qualified people in the written test is less than 1: 1.5, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified people in the written test. If the final written test scores of 1 interviewers are tied, they are all interviewers.

Seven, physical examination and qualification examination (political examination)
According to the written test and interview weight scores, according to the proportion of recruitment position plan 1: 1, the physical examination and qualification examination (political examination) personnel are determined in turn from high score to low score. The formula for calculating the weight of candidates' written test and interview results for non-special student positions is: weighted score = total written test score ÷2 (number of written test subjects) ×50%+ interview score × 50%; The formula for calculating the weight of written test and interview scores of candidates applying for special student positions is: weight score = total written test score ÷2 (number of written test subjects) ×30%+ interview score ×70%. Those who are tied for weight scores will be determined to participate in physical examination and qualification examination (political examination) according to the interview results from high to low. Candidates who have not participated in the interview cannot be used as physical examination and qualification examination (political examination) personnel.
After the candidates for physical examination and qualification examination (political examination) are determined, they will be announced to the public. The physical examination shall be conducted with reference to the Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and the qualification examination (political examination) shall be conducted with reference to the relevant provisions on the inspection of civil servants employed in Liaoning Province.
The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately. Those who fail to attend the medical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up their employment qualification automatically.

Those who pass the physical examination and qualification examination (political examination) are determined to be candidates. Job vacancies due to unqualified physical examination and qualification examination (political examination) or voluntary abandonment of candidates shall be filled in the order of weighted scores, and those with tied weighted scores shall be filled in the order of interview scores from high to low.
After the candidates to be hired are determined, they will be publicized to the public. Nine, employment management and wages
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection or reflection to the publicity but it does not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled; Reflect does not meet the employment conditions and find evidence, cancel the employment qualification; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended.
