Anyone who abides by the Constitution, laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC), has good professional quality and moral conduct, and meets one of the following conditions may apply for taking the professional qualification examination for supervision engineers:
(a) to obtain all kinds of engineering professional college education (or higher vocational education), engaged in engineering construction, supervision, design and other business work for 6 years;
(two) after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree in engineering, management science and engineering, he has been engaged in engineering construction, supervision and design for 4 years;
(three) to obtain a master's degree or professional degree in engineering, management science and engineering, and to engage in engineering construction, supervision, design and other business work for 2 years;
(four) with a doctorate in engineering, management science and engineering.
202 1 Continue the pilot work in Beijing and Shanghai, and improve the registration conditions for the professional qualification examination for supervision engineers. The pilot major is civil engineering (traffic engineering and water conservancy engineering do not participate in the pilot), and the applicants in the pilot area should have a bachelor's degree or above. Participate in the 20 19 annual supervision engineer qualification examination, have a college degree or below, and pass the subjects within the validity period, and continue to register for the examination in the pilot area.
The deadline for calculating professional working years is June 30th, 20021year.
Second, the scope of registration
The inspection should be carried out locally. Those who have registered residence in this city, or hold a residence permit in Shanghai (within the validity period), or work in relevant units in this city and have paid social insurance in this city for a total of 12 months in the past two years (one month before the end of registration payment), and meet the registration conditions, can register for the examination in this city.

"Basic Theory of Construction Project Supervision and Related Laws and Regulations" and "Construction Project Contract Management" are basic disciplines; Target control of construction projects and case analysis of construction project supervision are professional disciplines. Professional categories are divided into civil engineering, traffic engineering and water conservancy engineering, and applicants can choose one of them according to actual work needs.
Fourth, increase professional application conditions.
Those who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of supervision engineer and signed up for other professional subjects may be exempted from the basic subjects. After passing the examination, the corresponding professional examination certificate uniformly printed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will be issued. This certificate serves as the basis for adding professional practice categories when registering. Such candidates should hold the professional qualification certificate of supervision engineer or the professional qualification certificate of supervision engineer (excluding the original qualification certificate of supervision engineer such as highway, water transport and water conservancy projects) obtained through the preliminary examination, and the registration level must be selected as "additional major" when registering online.
Five, exempt from some of the main conditions
Have one of the following conditions, to participate in the supervision engineer professional qualification examination can be exempted from basic subjects:
(a) has obtained the qualification certificate of highway and waterway engineering supervision engineer;
(two) has obtained the qualification certificate of water conservancy project construction supervision engineer.
If you apply for exemption from some subjects, you must choose "Exemption from Two Subjects" when registering online.
Measures for the administration of examination results of intransitive verbs
Those who take the four-subject examination (with the level of unified examination) must pass all subjects in four consecutive examination years, and meet the basic subjects of two-subject examination exemption (with the level of two-subject exemption), and must pass the corresponding subjects in two consecutive examination years before obtaining the qualification certificate. Personnel who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of supervision engineer can sign up for other professional subjects (level plus major), and can be exempted from the basic subjects. Only after passing the examination subjects for two consecutive examination years can they obtain the corresponding professional examination certificate.
Participate in the original supervision engineer qualification examination (grade is general examination) and the validity period of qualified results within the validity period will be postponed, and the new management measures will be implemented. The qualified scores of the subjects of Basic Theory of Construction Engineering Supervision and Related Regulations, Contract Management of Construction Engineering, Quality, Investment and Progress Control of Construction Engineering and Case Analysis of Construction Engineering Supervision correspond to the subjects of Basic Theory of Construction Engineering Supervision and Related Regulations, Contract Management of Construction Engineering, Target Control of Construction Engineering and Case Analysis of Construction Engineering Supervision respectively. In principle, these candidates are not allowed to change the registration level. If the level changes, they will be registered as new candidates.
Seven, examination registration related matters
This exam adopts online registration, qualification verification (online verification or on-site verification) and online payment. The registration website is "Online Registration" of China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn). Candidates will not be successful until they complete online payment.
The examination registration implements the certification notification system. For details of the notification system for registration and certification of professional and technical personnel's qualification examination, online registration operation process and related requirements, please refer to the column of "Notification System for Registration and Certification of Qualification Examination" in China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn) and the related description of the registration system. If there are false behaviors in the registration of the qualification examination, the notification system is not applicable. According to the Provisions on Handling Disciplinary Actions in Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Order No.31), the notification system is not applicable to those who have serious or particularly serious disciplinary actions and are recorded in the integrity file of the qualification examination within the recording period.
(1) Registration and Login
Before the exam registration, candidates must complete the registration and personal information verification through the online registration system in advance. From now on, candidates can log on to the "Online Registration" column of China Personnel Testing Network (www.cpta.com.cn) to register and fill in their personal information.
Candidates who have registered in the registration system in the past do not need to re-register, and should log in to the registration system in advance to supplement and improve the relevant information.
The online registration system will check the candidate's identity information and academic degree information online. Candidates can log in to the registration system 24 hours after the information is submitted, and sign up for the exam within the specified time limit (whether the verification result passes or not does not affect the exam registration). Candidates are advised to reserve enough time in advance to complete user registration and information submission. Those who have not signed up or completed the verification cannot sign up for the exam.
Candidates who register for the first time should upload registration photos as required. Registration photos will be used in the admission ticket, examination room seating table, certificate and certificate inquiry authentication system. Candidates should be careful when uploading photos. Once the photos are uploaded and confirmed, they cannot be replaced. Candidates must download and use the "photo review and processing tool" designated by the registration system in advance, and upload the electronic photos of the color half-length bareheaded front certificate that I have recently reviewed and saved by this tool. Only when the photo background is white can you pass the photo review in the registration system, otherwise you can't register. Candidates who have registered in the registration system still use the original photos.
The types of documents for online verification of identity information are China people's ID card and Chinese resident ID card.
The following conditions cannot be verified by registration: ① Education below technical secondary school, education above junior college in 2002 or before, and obtaining a degree before September 2008; (2) Identity and academic degree information failed to pass online verification; ③ Other types of identity documents, overseas academic degrees, etc. Unable to verify online. After the feedback of the registration verification results, candidates can continue to fill in the examination registration information within the prescribed time limit, but they must accept on-site verification (online) according to the prescribed time limit and requirements. See (4) on-site verification for details.
(2) Examination registration
Examination registration time is 2021March 22nd10: 00-March 28th 16:00, and the website is "Online Registration" of China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn).
Candidates who have completed the registration verification can fill in the examination registration information within the prescribed time limit. Candidates who have completed the registration information must click "Save" in time to choose whether to register through the notification system.
After selecting the handling method, upload relevant information according to the system prompt, and click "Registration Confirmation". The applicant's identity information, academic degree, etc. If online verification is not possible or fails, you must upload your ID card, education background and photo of degree certificate as required (those who have obtained overseas education must upload the certification report), and those who apply for "two subjects exempted from examination" and "additional majors" must also upload the corresponding certificates and materials according to the system prompts. Applicants who do not apply for the notification system, do not choose the notification system to register or withdraw their applications, in addition to the above information, need to upload proof of work experience.
Candidates must confirm that they meet the registration conditions and correctly choose the registration level, major and examination subjects. Those who fail to meet the registration conditions or make a mistake in registration, resulting in failure to obtain a qualified certificate and invalid results, shall be responsible for it by themselves.

Applicants who choose to apply for registration through the notification system should know the name, basis, contents and materials of the certification, the verification authority of the examination institution, the applicant's cooperation obligations and methods, and the legal responsibilities that the applicant may bear, and meet the registration conditions. The information provided is true and objective, and I am willing to accept the verification of the examination institutions and accept false legal responsibilities. The notice (electronic text) signed by the applicant electronically has legal effect once submitted, and no agency is allowed.
If the applicant's identity, academic degree, major and other information have been automatically verified online, and there is no record in the integrity file of qualification examination, in principle, it is not necessary to provide relevant certification materials for on-site verification. After the applicant has made it, it can be withdrawn before the payment and registration deadline. If the applicant withdraws, the notification system is no longer applicable to this year's exam, and on-site verification (online) must be carried out in accordance with the prescribed time limit and requirements. See (4) on-site verification for details.
(4) On-site verification (online)
After submitting the application information, the online registration system will make conditional judgment and online verification on academic degree, major studied, working years and professional working years, and prompt candidates to operate accordingly according to different situations. Those who pass the verification can pay directly without on-site verification.
Applicants who do not apply the notification system, who do not choose the notification system to apply for registration, and who withdraw their applications, their identity information, academic degrees, etc. If online verification cannot be conducted or fails, and the registration level is "No-test Two Subjects" and "Additional Major", on-site verification shall be accepted according to the specified time limit and requirements (online uploading materials does not need to go to the site). Those who pass the verification can pay the fee, and the deadline for on-site verification is 2021March 29th 16:00.
Candidates can log in to the online registration system 24 hours after completing the "Registration Confirmation" and check the verification results in the "Current Registration Status". The registration point provides examination qualification verification and registration consultation services (9:30- 1 1:30, 13:30- 16:00 every day during the registration period), which is not an examination place.
(5) Payment confirmation
Candidates who pass the verification can pay online. The deadline for online payment is 2021March 30th 16:00 (it is recommended to avoid paying at the bank settlement time around 24:00 every day). If it is overdue, it will be regarded as giving up registration. Candidates can pay online through the bank card or electronic code scanning payment tool supported by the payment platform of the registration system, and the platform has opened the online payment function. Candidates should re-check their application information and payment information (online payment information and bank card deduction information) after paying fees, and confirm that they meet the application conditions, the application information is correct (pay special attention to the accuracy of application level, major and subject), and after paying fees successfully, re-print the application form for future use. Due to uncertain factors such as network transmission speed, the payment confirmation information may be relatively delayed, but generally it will not exceed 24 hours. Candidates are advised not to pay money repeatedly, and candidates are advised not to open multiple payment pages at the same time to avoid wrong accounts.
The fee standard for this examination is: registration fee 10 yuan/person, and the examination fee is 50 yuan per subject. After the candidates confirm their registration, the fees paid will not be refunded. Candidates can take the admission ticket or report card to the registration point to receive the examination fee receipt during the issuance of the certificate, and it will be deemed as abandonment if it is overdue.
(6) Download the admission ticket
Successful candidates please download and print the admission ticket from the registration website (www.cpta.com.cn)11May 20210: 00-1April 202 16: 00. Failure to do so will be regarded as giving up the exam. Candidates encounter problems when downloading the admission ticket, or find that the downloaded admission information is wrong, please contact the registration point I choose in time.
Viii. Supervision, management and disciplinary action
(a) the examination institutions will carry out daily supervision of the examination process and accept social supervision. Candidates should actively cooperate with the examination institutions for verification and submit relevant certification materials in time. Candidates who do not meet the requirements of the examination, or fail to accept the verification according to the requirements of the examination institution within the time limit, the examination registration is invalid or the examination qualification is abandoned, and the examination results are invalid.
(2) Candidates who have committed serious violations of discipline and discipline, such as providing false certification materials or obtaining corresponding qualification certificates or achievement certificates by other improper means, shall be dealt with in accordance with Articles 10 and 12 of the Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline and Discipline in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (OrderNo. 12). (4) The information of those who violate the rules and regulations in the examination and their handling opinions shall be publicized in the "Disciplinary Handling" column of the website of Shanghai Vocational Ability Examination Institute (www.rsj.sh.gov.cn/spta.shtml) within/kloc-0 working day after the examination.
After the exam, similar answers will be identified and appraised by technical means. Those who are identified as similar answers shall be given invalid treatment according to regulations, and those who violate discipline and cheat shall be dealt with separately according to relevant regulations. Candidates have the obligation to properly protect their test papers and answer information from being copied by others. If there is the same answer, both parties will cancel the test results.
Nine. Other related matters.
(1) According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control in this city, the website of Shanghai Vocational Ability Examination Institute (www.rsj.sh.gov.cn/spta.shtml) will release specific prevention and control requirements before the end of March. Candidates must pay attention to and follow in time. If they violate it, they will be responsible for it.
(two) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents to take the exam.

According to the Notice on Doing a Good Job for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Participate in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel held in the Mainland (No.9 [2005] issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs) and the Notice on Continuing to Open the Qualification Examination for Some Professional and Technical Personnel to Residents of Taiwan Province Province (No.47 [20/kloc-0]), for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who meet the requirements stipulated in the document,

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents should submit their identity certificates (Hong Kong and Macao SAR passports/identity certificates, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents), corresponding professional academic qualifications or degree certificates recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council (academic degree certification report is required for overseas academic degrees) and relevant professional working experience certificates according to the registration conditions.
(III) Examination Outline The 2020 version of the National Vocational Qualification Examination Outline for Supervision Engineers, compiled by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Water Resources and approved by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, can be downloaded from relevant websites for free.
China Engineering Consultants Association website (/), Ministry of Transport Vocational Qualification Center website (/) and China Water Conservancy Engineering Association website () for results query. Test transcripts will not be distributed separately. If necessary, candidates should download and print the test results themselves within 30 days from the date of publication.
