Special instructions
1. If the address requested by the user is not in the area promised by Suning, Suning will not provide this service.
2. In case of the following special circumstances, Suning does not promise to deliver it within the original agreed time:
1) Delayed delivery or non-delivery of goods due to user's reasons (change of receiving address, unknown address, wrong address, no contact, request for rescheduled delivery, rejection, no consignee, buyer's own delivery, etc.). );
