This is a public welfare service organization organized by labor and social security departments at all levels to undertake employment service functions. It uses a national unified red logo and provides free services for urban workers and rural workers who seek jobs in cities.
(2) Other non-profit employment agencies.
This is a non-profit employment agency organized by other government departments, enterprises and institutions, social organizations and other social forces. Such institutions charge a small fee.

This is a profit-making employment agency organized by legal persons, other social organizations and individuals.

According to the provisions of Article 28 of the Regulations on Labor Market Management, public employment agencies shall provide the following services free of charge:
(a) to provide job seekers and employers with labor security policies and regulations consulting services;
(two) to provide vocational guidance and employment introduction for the unemployed and special service objects;
(three) recommend the unemployed and special service objects who need training to participate in free or partial free training;
(4) Publicly releasing local job vacancy information, occupational supply and demand analysis information, labor market wage guidance price information and vocational training information in service places;
(five) for unemployment registration, employment registration, employment and termination, dissolution of labor relations and other matters for the record;
(six) other related services designated by the administrative department of labor security.
