12593 preferential trunk line

12593 preferential trunk business is provided to Beijing Shenzhouxing customers. Beijing Shenzhouxing customers can use it without application. The application for opening mobile internet service will take effect in the same month, the package change will take effect next month, and the cancellation of GPRS function will take effect next month.
