7. The professional requirements will be determined in combination with the catalogue of professional settings in colleges and universities.

8. Those who have one of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

(1) Having received criminal punishment or the suspected crime has not been ascertained;

(2) Party discipline and administrative sanctions;

(3) Being expelled from public office by state organs or terminated by public institutions due to violation of discipline and law;

Applicants should truthfully fill in the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Shanghai Intellectual Property Protection Center and upload their recent bareheaded electronic photos (recent bareheaded front photos, jpg format, height within the range of 105 to 2 10 pixels, width within the range of 75 to 150 pixels, and size below 200KB).

After the registration, the Protection Center will organize qualification examination with the Personnel Department of the Municipal Intellectual Property Office, and candidates should pay attention to the examination results through the easy registration system in time. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any link, it is found that the applicant does not meet the post registration conditions, provides false materials or commits fraud. Once verified, cancel the qualification for registration or employment.

The exam consists of written test and interview, and the comprehensive score is calculated according to the score ratio of 4:6.

1. written test

A combination of professional written examination and interview is adopted, and the professional written examination is organized and implemented by a third party entrusted by the security center. The contents of the written test are mainly English-Chinese translation and Chinese short answers related to professional knowledge of the post, and the written test lasts for 2 hours. The full score of professional written test is 100, and the same position is sorted from high score to low score according to the professional written test score, and the interviewer list is determined according to the ratio of 1: 3. There is no registration fee for the exam.

Interview related matters will be notified separately, and candidates who have not entered the follow-up procedure will not be notified separately.

During the interview, the applicant must provide relevant supporting materials. If the documents are incomplete, the information is untrue and does not meet the job requirements, the interview qualification will be cancelled. The material requirements are as follows:

(1) Shanghai Intellectual Property Protection Center open recruitment staff registration form;

(2) ID card;

(3) Household registration book (collective accounts need to carry household registration certificate);

(4) Social workers from other provinces and cities are required to carry a residence permit in Shanghai within the validity period;

(5) Proof materials of domestic academic qualifications, degree certificates/overseas academic qualifications and academic degrees of the Ministry of Education;

(6) If the post requires Grade 6, the corresponding qualification certificate shall be provided. If there is only a notice of CET-6 test results, the corresponding score is not less than 425 points. Returned students who have obtained academic degrees in countries where English is the official language may not provide qualified certificates or notice of CET-6 results;

(7) Professional qualification certificate, professional title certificate and relevant qualification certificate required by the post.

All the above materials must be original, and 1 copy is required in addition to the registration form.

The interview is organized by the security center, which mainly tests the comprehensive ability and quality of the candidates. The interview score is 100, and the score of 60 or above is qualified. Those who fail the interview cannot enter the medical examination.

Matters related to physical examination will be notified separately, and applicants who have not entered the follow-up procedures will not be notified.

Sixth, physical examination

According to the comprehensive scores from high to low, the list of medical examiners is determined by 1: 1. The physical examination shall refer to the National General Physical Examination Standard for Civil Servants (Trial), and be organized to the designated hospital for physical examination, and the inspection report shall be sent to the security center. Applicants who fail to participate in the medical examination at the prescribed time are deemed to have given up. If the medical examination is unqualified, the security center will not be hired. If the medical examination is unqualified, the security center can determine to replace the candidates with the second comprehensive score in turn according to the actual situation.

Seven. survey

The protection center inspects the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, law-abiding, integrity record and work situation.

Eight. publicize

According to the results of qualification examination, examination, physical examination and investigation, there is no objection to the publicity of the proposed employee on the website of "Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" for seven days. After being audited by Shanghai Intellectual Property Office, it shall be reported to Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing, and the employment procedures shall be handled. If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, whether to employ or not shall be determined according to the verification results.
