(1) Control your diet reasonably, effectively adjust your mood to lose weight, and maintain a "happy weight loss" mentality;
(2) Keep running 1 hour every day, and don't set too high a goal for yourself. Too high a goal will bring too much pressure;
(3) Sit-ups before going to bed, not reluctantly, step by step, in moderation;
(4) Eat less snacks and drink more water.
