I. Application conditions
From June 5438+1 October1day, 2007, the following mainland cities have been included in the (Hong Kong and Macao Individual Tour Plan) and can travel to Hong Kong by themselves (Hong Kong and Macao Individual Tour Endorsement (G)), while other regions can only travel to Hong Kong (Hong Kong and Macao Team Tour Endorsement (L)).
Cities are: Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing (limited to 17 counties), Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou, Fuzhou (limited to urban areas), Xiamen, Quanzhou, Chengdu, Jinan, Dalian, Shenyang, Nanchang, Changsha, Nanning, Haikou, Guiyang and Shijiazhuang.
When Shenzhen residents apply for traveling to Hong Kong and Macao for the first time, they must go to the entry-exit permit hall of the district public security bureau where their household registration is located in person. The Hong Kong and Macao Pass has been issued, and individual tours can be re-signed by online application or telephone, without going to the accreditation hall in person. Online application websites: Shenzhen Public Access Convenience Network (www.sz3e.com), or Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau Access Government Service Network (www.gdcrj.com); Telephone application (the applicant is under the age of 18 or the registered national staff cannot choose this method for the time being): through China Mobile (12580), China Unicom (10 109898) and China Telecom's fixed telephone (telecom information desk 96897).
Second, the application procedure
1. Accepting organ: the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ of the county (district) where the household registration is located.
2. Submit the completed Application Form for Mainland Residents' Travel Permit to Hong Kong and Macao 1 copy (filled in with pen or signature pen, not ballpoint pen), and print the receipt and 1 digital optical photo with the photo studio.
3. Submit the original ID card and household registration book (the applicant is under the age of 16, just submit the household registration book; Soldiers only need to submit proof of identity and a copy.
4. Hold a valid travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao, and submit a travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao.
5. Persons who have been notified by the public security department to leave the country for the record shall submit their opinions according to the cadre management authority when handling travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and personal travel endorsements. Other personnel do not need to submit the opinions of the unit or the police station.
Third, the charging standard
Each round-trip Hong Kong and Macao Pass 100 yuan.
A valid endorsement of each 20 yuan.
Two valid endorsements for each 40 yuan.

Fourth, the processing time limit
First application for travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and endorsement: 15 working days;
Re-apply for endorsement: 10 working days.

1. With a personal travel endorsement, you can leave the country for Hong Kong and Macao with your personal certificate within the validity period without joining a tour group.
2. Those who apply for personal travel endorsement to Hong Kong and Macao must strictly abide by the Exit and Entry Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws of Hong Kong and Macao. Those who violate the above laws will be investigated and punished according to law. For those who violate local laws, illegally reside, illegally obtain employment or cheat during their stay in Hong Kong and Macao, the exit-entry administration department of the public security shall, in accordance with relevant regulations, no longer approve their exit applications within two to five years.
3. When mainland residents leave Shenzhen or Zhuhai port with Hong Kong and Macao Pass, they can apply to Shenzhen or Zhuhai Entry-Exit Visa Office of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau for the same endorsement if they find that the endorsement information on the certificate is wrong.
4. Mainland residents who have lost or damaged their passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao can apply for entry and exit passes to the Shenzhen or Zhuhai Entry and Exit Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau to return to the Mainland through China travel agencies in Hong Kong or Macau.
5. Special note: Applicants shall not hold two or more valid passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the same time, nor shall they hold two or more valid endorsements to the same destination at the same time. When applying for endorsement, you must ensure that the validity of your travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao exceeds the validity of the endorsement you apply for for for more than 20 days.
Personal Travel Endorsement (G) is issued to the applicant for personal travel to Hong Kong or Macao. There are four kinds of endorsements: once every three months, twice every three months, 1 year and 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macau shall not exceed 7 days.

1. Residents should bring their ID cards and household registration books to the local entry-exit administration department to obtain the China citizens' entry and exit passes. 2. The application form should be filled in with blue-black or black pen. The application form should fill in the name, ID number, home address, application type, application reason, etc. The ID card must be filled with 18 digits.

4. The applicant should pay the personal travel document fee and endorsement fee in the service hall or the bank of the exit-entry administration department according to the type of endorsement he chooses.
5. The applicant submits the information to the service desk with the payment invoice, the completed application form, the original and photocopy of the ID card residence booklet, and answers the relevant inquiries of the police. After completing the application procedure, the police will give you a "receipt" form with a work phone number on it.
6. First application for travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and endorsement: 15 working days. Re-apply for endorsement: 10 working days. Authentication result inquiry: 96897 (automatic station)
