How to settle down without obtaining a real estate license?

Step 1: Bring your ID card to the property management center to apply for the occupancy permit.
Step 2: Go to the sales department to get the sealed contract form for the record.
Step 3: Go to the relevant police station with the original household registration book, original ID card, occupancy certificate, filing contract form, house purchase contract and bank loan repayment record in the past six months to apply for the Permit to Move.
Step 4: Go back to the original place to cancel the account and apply for the Certificate of Transfer of Account.
Step 5: Settle in the relevant police station or accreditation center in Chengdu one week after the account is cancelled.
