I. Matters needing attention in receiving the certificate
Candidates can choose the way of mailing or window collection according to their own needs.
Mail collection is limited to certificates with management numbers. Certificates without management numbers still need to be collected at the window. Certificate collection is subject to the published list. Other certificates will be issued separately.

2. Mailing process
(1) mailing certificates is voluntary.
(2) Candidates log in to Shaanxi Personnel Testing Center and read the relevant certificate collection notice. According to the list of qualified personnel in the notice attachment, find the personal certificate management number and view personal information (click to open the attachment, ctrl+f search and find the contents: name, find all, view my information). Enter the certification window, click on the certificate mailing system of Shaanxi Personnel Testing Center (login to the certificate mailing system method: Shaanxi Personnel Testing Network → certificate issuance → click on the picture of the certificate mailing system of Shaanxi Personnel Testing Center), and fill in the name, ID number, certificate management number and other related information as required.
(3) After the candidates are prompted by the system, we will entrust the certificate and the Registration Form of Qualified Persons in Shaanxi Professional and Technical Qualification Examination (automatically generated by the mailing system) to the post office for mailing according to the relevant information filled in by the candidates.
3. The mailing fee standard
Post office sends the certificate by EMS: Xi 'an tariff standard 14 yuan (mailing fee 12 yuan+packaging bag 2 yuan), 22 yuan in other cities (regions) in Shaanxi Province (mailing fee 20 yuan+packaging bag 2 yuan); 26 yuan, Tibet (mailing fee 24 yuan+packing bag 2 yuan), other provinces (cities) tariff standard 23 yuan (mailing fee 2 1 yuan+packing bag 2 yuan).
4. Mailing and payment requirements
(1) Candidates fill in the mailing information on the computer. After scanning the code on the mobile phone (only WeChat or Alipay is supported), verify whether the certificate management number and payment amount are correct and complete the payment. The post office will deliver the certificate within 5-7 working days after accepting the relevant materials. Please be patient.
(2) Candidates who fail to follow the procedures due to their incorrect addresses and telephone numbers shall be responsible for the problem of being unable to post.
(3) If the recipient refuses to send it or cannot send it, the postal company will return the qualification certificate to our center.
(4) Candidates need to sign for the courier with their ID cards, and check the documents and registration form information. If the examinee entrusts others to collect it, the recipient must check the certificate and registration form information.

3. Requirements and procedures for collection
(1) Candidates receive their certificates themselves. Bring the admission ticket or transcript (which can be printed by screenshots), the original ID card and the registration form of qualified personnel when obtaining the certificate. The admission ticket or transcript will be recovered by the issuing authority after being audited. If it is really necessary to act as an agent, the agent must carry the above license information and the original and photocopy of the agent's ID card. If the candidate's ID card is lost, please reissue it before getting it.
(2) Candidates should download the Registration Form for Qualified Persons in Shaanxi Professional and Technical Qualification Examination from the website of the Provincial Personnel Examination Center in advance, and check their certificate management number in advance according to the list of qualified persons (click to open the attachment, ctrl+f search, find the contents: name, find all, query my information), and fill in the Registration Form for Qualified Persons as required.

2. Candidates who fail to get the certificate within the specified time should get it every Thursday afternoon (except holidays) 16:50 after the centralized certification time. According to the Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Promoting Electronic Certificates of Professional and Technical Personnel (No.97 issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Department [2021]), the electronic certificates of professional and technical personnel such as licensed pharmacists can be downloaded, inquired and verified in China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn) on 200210/7. After the implementation of the electronic certificate, the paper certificate will still be issued in the original way. If the issued paper certificate is lost, damaged or overdue (if it has not been received for five years after the end of the examination), the paper certificate will not be reissued or renewed.
