The school is the only medical vocational college in Tianjin, with a history of 100 years and a profound concept of running health vocational education. Article 7 According to the needs of the medical and health industry, the conditions for running schools, the situation of students, especially the employment situation of students, the school has formulated an enrollment plan for 27 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in 20 13 years. According to the specific enrollment majors and enrollment numbers approved by the Ministry of Education, it shall be reported to the admissions committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government within the specified time and announced to the public. In the process of admission, with the consent of the school enrollment leading group and the approval of the higher authorities, the enrollment plans of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government with good students, sufficient volunteers and high admission scores will be appropriately adjusted.
Article 8? The tuition standard of ordinary higher vocational colleges is 5000 ~ 5500 yuan/student year, and the accommodation standard is 800 ~ 1000 yuan/student year. For details of the charging standards for each major, please refer to the enrollment plans published by the enrollment institutions of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government or the 20 13 new student registration notice issued by the school. If the government adjusts the tuition standard of that year, the standard set by the government shall prevail.
Chapter four? Admission rules
Article 9? School enrollment follows the principles of fair competition, fair selection and open procedures; To implement the enrollment policies formulated by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the relevant provisions promulgated by the articles of association; Taking candidates' wishes and college entrance examination results as the main admission basis, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission. In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the admissions committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and all sectors of society.
Article 10? The principle of school voluntary admission is voluntary priority, that is, according to the school voluntary order reported by candidates, the first candidate who applied for our school is admitted from high score to low score. Only when the number of the first volunteer applicants in the same batch of minimum control lines announced by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government is less than the enrollment plan, the second volunteer candidates will be admitted to our school, and so on.
Article 11? Parallel volunteer's provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions are admitted to the college entrance examination, and the relevant policies of the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions are implemented. For candidates from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the admission principle of "professional volunteering" is adopted. Article 12 The admission of professional volunteers is based on the principle of giving priority to scores, that is, queuing from high scores to low scores, and then enrolling in the order of professional volunteers reported by candidates. If the candidate's score does not reach the first professional volunteer admission score, that is, whether it reaches the second professional volunteer admission score, and so on until the last professional volunteer. In the case that the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not admitted, those who are subject to professional adjustment can be transferred to unfinished majors; Those who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed. There is no grade difference among professional volunteers.
Article 13 The admission of candidates with policy bonus points shall be based on the principle of territorial management stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and the bonus points policies and admission regulations formulated by the admissions committees of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the candidates are located shall be implemented.
Fourteenth under the same conditions, priority is given to the admission of provincial outstanding students, outstanding student cadres and three excellent students.
Article 15 In the implementation of enrollment work in Tianjin, according to the spirit of the documents of the Ministry of Education and Tianjin Education Admissions Examination Institute on enrollment work, in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, based on the results of the college entrance examination, and referring to the results of the high school academic level examination and comprehensive quality evaluation, Tianjin candidates are selected.
1. When arranging majors, candidates with good academic performance in ordinary high schools can be given priority in the case of the same college entrance examination scores. Those who have the same academic performance in ordinary high schools can arrange majors according to the results of comprehensive quality evaluation.
2. When filing, candidates with poor academic performance in ordinary high schools can be filed first in the case of the same results in the college entrance examination. Those who have the same academic performance in ordinary high schools can quit according to the comprehensive quality evaluation results. When comparing the scores of candidates in the high school proficiency test, first compare the number of students in Grade A, if the number of students in Grade A is the same, then compare the number of students in Grade B, and so on. When evaluating the comprehensive quality of candidates, the evaluation is based on the comprehensive comparison between the academic level and the non-academic level of candidates.
Article 16 Considering the special needs of the health industry and employment factors, candidates are required to have correct facial features, clear speech, and no deformity or deformity in the spine and limbs (please fill in the form carefully if the physical condition does not meet the requirements, patients with heart, skin, mental and psychological diseases, patients with abnormal limbs, abnormal liver function and HBsAg positive patients).
Article 17? The foreign language teaching courses for all majors in our school are college English. Small language candidates fill in the report carefully.
Article 18? Due to the increasing demand for male nursing staff in the health industry, male nursing students were given priority in our school under the same conditions in 20 13 years. This major requires boys to be over 1.65 meters tall and girls to be over 1.60 meters tall, and only girls are recruited in Tianjin.
Nineteenth medical imaging technology majors only recruit boys; Midwifery, medical beauty technology, nursing (foreign nursing), nursing (oral nursing) and nursing (community nursing) only recruit girls. Considering the employment factor, the height is required to be above 1.60 meters.
Chapter five? Follow-up management
Article 20? According to the national enrollment regulations, freshmen should hold the admission notice and go through the admission formalities at the school according to the relevant requirements and the prescribed time limit. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.

Article 22 The employment policy should be a "two-way choice under the guidance of the national employment policy".
Twenty-third students who have completed the required studies and reached the graduation standards after examination shall be awarded the graduation certificate of Tianjin Medical College.
Chapter six? supplementary terms
Article 24 These Articles of Association are only applicable to the enrollment of 20 13 ordinary higher vocational colleges in Tianjin Medical College. The Articles of Association shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation. Tianjin Medical College's policies and regulations on enrollment that are inconsistent with the articles of association shall be abolished, and the provisions of the articles of association shall prevail.
Article 25 The Admissions Charter shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Tianjin Medical College.
Twenty-sixth in the process of enrollment consultation, the opinions and suggestions of the staff of Tianjin Medical College are only used as a reference for candidates to fill in their volunteers, and do not belong to the admission commitment of the school.
