How to find the location of the file?

There are several places to check:

1, with schools as the source.

Think back to whether you signed anything related to files when you graduated, especially a tripartite agreement with your company.

Or go to school to find the corresponding teacher, because not all schools will send the files away to see if your files are still in school. If not, find out where they were put by the school when you graduated.

2. Go to your talent center.

Generally, files are not kept after graduation, and the school may send them back to the place of origin, that is, the place where the household registration is located. If you have changed your household registration, you should refer to the location of the college entrance examination.

3. Where I used to work

You can check all the cities where you have worked, starting with your first job. State-owned enterprises and institutions are generally placed in units, and private enterprises are placed in talent centers where units are located.

4. The talent market where the school is located

It is closely related to the first one, because after you graduate, the school may store the student files in the local designated talent market.

Trusteeship of talent exchange center:

1. If the talent exchange center where the individual works agrees to receive the files, it is generally necessary to sign a labor contract with the work unit, and then the personal files can be managed at the work place.

2. In the second case, the work unit does not agree to receive the file. In this case, students can keep their personal files in their native talent exchange center.

Theoretically, it doesn't matter much where the personal files are placed, but if they are inconsistent with the workplace, it will involve personnel matters, which will be inconvenient to handle in the future.
