? The first time I took part in the dance experience course, I felt full of energy all day. From the beginning, I took a deep breath of the discomfort of various vomiting sounds, and then I felt the release of pressure and the exploration of my body. The sensory experience course was great.
I thank the "big ego" of the universe for sending Sister Xia Yun to the "small ego" to let us know each other and bring me this wonderful experience. 1. The body knows the answer. The "repressed life" link released the pressure I didn't realize through tears and pain. I cried under pressure. It turns out that I have grievances and emotions in my heart. Although my brain forgot, my body stored them. These negative emotions flow in the cells of my body, and I feel much more relaxed after crying. If it weren't for this experience class, I would never have come out. The old injuries of the body are presented in dancing, and sore throat and ankle injury will be uncomfortable. During the whole experience, I also felt a lot of tears in different links. Some of them are bitter in heart, some are moved by love and tolerance, and some are guilty of not loving themselves well. I can feel all kinds of tears, and they can also penetrate my body and make me burst into tears.
2. Feel this moment. The most important thing is to put aside everything, devote yourself wholeheartedly to the present and experience more. My little friend and I both did it. Give yourself a compliment.
I choose three words: peace, calmness and balance. These three words were mentioned by Fu Peirong in her speech on western philosophy: A. Peace. You live in the world and always want to be healthy and mentally normal. This is called peace. B. Calm down. Peace means that you live in the world and have many friends, but no enemies and no one to deal with you, so you don't have to worry about any sudden disasters. C. balance. That is to say, I am in internal and external balance, and my body and mind are in balance. I can maintain a balanced relationship with society, and of course I will be harmonious. These three "flats" are also low-key life attitudes.
4. Feelings of appreciation, affirmation and encouragement. When dancing with Jason in space, she circled around me, bent down to encourage me and interacted with me. I feel the eyes of being respected, loved and praised from the depths of my soul. At that moment, I felt that I was activated, that I was a real dancer, that my life was blooming and that I was dancing ... I tried to lower myself, but I couldn't be lower than her. We danced on the ground for a while. In life, it seems that everyone lacks love and is asking for love and attention. If we can give more love, encouragement and appreciation to the people around us, I believe we will also receive more love.
