After reading it, the department head will call you and invite you for an interview.

I don't have time. You call someone for an interview. It's no joke.

Outstanding leaders are absent:

After the interview for a while, I said to see if the leader was there. Then a few minutes later, he came over and said with a sorry face: Sorry, the leader is not in the company, and I don't know when to return to the company. Do you think you should go back first and then we can make an appointment?

Perfunctory type:

Other companies, it is estimated that they have just interviewed a suitable one, and it is not easy for the people behind them to directly refuse the interview. Ask anyone for an interview and let you introduce yourself first. Just after introducing yourself, say that we already know your situation, and wait for the notice! The whole process takes no more than 3 minutes, even if it takes 2 hours to squeeze the subway or bus, there is no way but to say hello to the company secretly when leaving.
