Due to the high starting point of electric power informatization construction, the State Power Company issued a mandatory order to the provincial electric power informatization. In terms of informatization, three systems must be established: one is information management system; The second is the power grid dispatching automation system; The third is the customer service management system. After more than ten years of development and construction, Xi 'an Electric Power Bureau has initially built these three systems. Qiao Jinguo told reporters that the informatization of Xi 'an Electric Power Bureau is mainly divided into three parts: one is the informatization system of the production department, including three subsystems, namely, power grid automation system, power grid control system and power grid operation system; The second is the marketing information system, including two subsystems; They are power marketing system and customer service management system; Finally, the internal system of computer information center of Xi 'an Electric Power Bureau; All systems are under the centralized management of Xi 'an Electric Power Bureau Planning Department.
Qiao Jinguo told reporters that with the completion of these three systems, the information application of Xi 'an Electric Power Bureau has become more and more perfect, and the applications in all aspects have become more mature.
Take the lead in developing B/S structure
Because all specifications and standards of power information system construction are strictly implemented in accordance with national standards, local power supply bureaus do not have much autonomy in system selection, and they all seek cooperation from local software developers and develop according to national standards.
But for Qiao Jinguo, in the development of Xi 'an Power Supply Bureau's information network system, the field that the northwest power industry has never set foot in has been realized. They took the lead in developing the B/S structure in the network system of the power industry, which is a great challenge for them.
Qiao Jinguo told reporters that the B/S structure was chosen because after the separation of 1999 high-voltage bureau, all the systems that used the C/S network structure were transferred to the high-voltage bureau, and Xi 'an Power Supply Bureau, as a medium and low-voltage power supply unit, needed to re-develop new network systems. Therefore, Qiao Jinguo decided to adopt B/S structure in the new system.
The reason why Xi 'an Power Supply Bureau does not adopt C/S structure is mainly because the client needs to install special client software. This first involves the workload of installation. Secondly, any computer with problems, such as virus and hardware damage, needs to be installed or maintained. When upgrading the system software, each client needs to be reinstalled, and its maintenance and upgrading costs are very high. In addition, the system generally has restrictions on the operating system of the client.
Compared with C/S, the biggest advantage of B/S is that it can be operated anywhere without installing any special software. As long as there is a computer with internet access, it can be used, and the maintenance of the client and the expansion of the system are very easy. It is precisely because the B/S structure has so many outstanding advantages that Qiao Jinguo resolutely decided to adopt the B/S structure. However, because developing B/S suitable for power system is risky, and the software vendors engaged in development have no relevant experience, Qiao Jinguo also suffered great pressure during that time. Fortunately, the system was successfully developed and applied very well. For them, the original efforts were not in vain.
Building three systems on the network platform
After establishing the information network system with B/S structure, Xi 'an Power Supply Bureau began to develop OA system, real-time SCADA system and MIS system from three aspects: operating platform, information sharing and management application. In this respect, Xi 'an Power Supply Bureau has adopted modular design, designed different subsystems according to their functions, and ensured the smooth exchange of information flow between modules through standard interfaces. Its biggest advantage is that it can build a building block configuration according to actual needs.
Qiao Jinguo told reporters that they want to share data resources, ensure the uniqueness and accuracy of data resources, collect and process all kinds of information in operation, production and administration in time, and generate reports to reflect the operation and production status of enterprises in time.
It is understood that the core system of Xi 'an Power Supply Bureau-MIS system mainly includes power consumption, materials, labor, planning, safety supervision, infrastructure, comprehensive inquiry, finance, market simulation and other functional subsystems. The whole application system is divided into decision-making layer, management layer and transaction processing layer according to the affiliation.
The system realizes the unity of advanced nature and practicality, makes overall planning in one step, bases on long-term benefits, strictly follows the relevant technical standards and industry standards issued by the original power sector, and has strong versatility.
In addition, when cross-platform operation is needed between OA office and MIS system, Xi 'an Power Supply Bureau adopts computer multimedia technology to establish office automation system including electronic conference room and large screen display system.
