Step 2: Enter personal information. First take and upload photos of people's faces, then prepare personal identification documents, and take and upload photos of relevant documents (both sides).
Step 3: Input the information of electric two-wheeled vehicle. Upload photos including vehicle certificate, invoice and vehicle code (the vehicle code can generally be found on the frame column where the handlebar of electric two-wheeled vehicle is connected with the front wheel, where there are steel seals on the left and right sides of the front, and on the vehicle certificate or invoice).
Step 4: Online and offline safety learning. Finish the online study first, and then go to the community workstation to study. After the study is completed, it will be reviewed and confirmed by relevant community workers.
Step 5: Install the complete field service number plate. The relevant staff will provide door-to-door delivery service (logistics distribution and installation service fee 10 yuan), install information signs of electric two-wheeled vehicles, and finally upload installation photos to complete the filing.
Legal basis: Article 67 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China prohibits pedestrians, non-motor vehicles, tractors, wheeled special-purpose mechanical vehicles, articulated buses, full-trailer tractors and other motor vehicles with a designed maximum speed of less than 70km/h from entering expressway.
