Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant policies and regulations of the education authorities, in combination with the actual situation of Chongqing Vocational College of Art and Engineering, in order to standardize the enrollment work, earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, and ensure the smooth enrollment work of schools.
Article 2 Name of College: Chongqing Art Engineering Vocational College. The national standard code of the institution is 14367.
Article 3 Location: No.267 Xuefu Avenue, Tongliang District, Chongqing.
Article 4 Level of running a school: Higher vocational education (junior college).
Article 5 Type of running a school: full-time private ordinary higher vocational colleges.
Article 6 Competent department: Chongqing Municipal Education Commission.
Article 7 Date and unit of approval: The College was established with the approval of Chongqing Municipal People's Government in March, 20 10, and filed with the Ministry of Education in May, 2010.
Chapter II Application Conditions
Eighth high school graduates who meet the requirements of the college entrance examination or candidates with the same academic ability.
Article 9 Physical health requirements: Physical health conforms to the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation; Preschool education is a normal major. Candidates applying for this major should not only comply with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and other relevant supplementary provisions, but also refer to the physical examination standards for teachers' qualifications in relevant provinces and cities. If your health does not meet the relevant requirements, you should carefully consider whether to apply for this major.
Article 10 Foreign language requirements: Except for the architectural design major of the Sino-British joint project (44010/H), other majors are not limited to foreign languages, and English is the public foreign language after enrollment.
Eleventh candidates who apply for our college must take the national college entrance examination. Among them, art candidates are also required to take professional examinations organized by the examination institutes (admissions offices) of their provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), or take professional examinations organized by institutions recognized by the provincial examination institutes (admissions offices) of their origin, pass the examinations and obtain professional certificates. Our college does not organize professional examinations alone. On the premise of meeting the relevant regulations of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the candidates are located, our college also recognizes the achievements of other institutions in addition to the results of the joint entrance examination.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 12 The College will enroll students in Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Gansu, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Qinghai, Ningxia, Shanxi, Shandong, Jiangxi, Hebei, Henan, Hubei, Guangdong, Anhui, Fujian, Hunan, Zhejiang and Hainan in 2022. I
Chapter IV Access Rules
Article 13 On the basis of candidates' college entrance examination results and voluntary reporting, the college implements the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, and conducts comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission for freshmen.
Article 14 According to the enrollment plan launched in 2/kloc-0 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the situation of local students, the college determines the adjustment ratio, which is controlled within 1.20% of the enrollment plan in principle, and the admission batch is subject to the admission batch published by the examination institute (admissions office) of the province (autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government) where the candidates are located.
Fifteenth, give priority to candidates who wish to fill in our college first. If the first volunteer source is insufficient, follow-up volunteer candidates shall be selected according to the principle of priority. Parallel volunteer, volunteer swap in accordance with the principle of the college entrance examination total score priority. Candidates' professional arrangement measures: arrange majors according to the principle of voluntary priority; For candidates whose professional plans are full and willing to obey the professional adjustment, the college will make arrangements in the vacant majors; Candidates who are unwilling to obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed if the professional plan is full. Provinces and cities that implement the new college entrance examination reform plan shall follow the admission rules of the provinces and cities where they are located.
Sixteenth art majors are based on the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination and the professional achievements of the joint entrance examination. After the scores of cultural courses and professional courses reach the minimum control line specified by the admissions office (examination institute) of this province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government), candidates will be admitted according to their professional scores. If the Provincial Examinations Institute (Admissions Office) has specific requirements for admission rules, our college will implement them according to the relevant regulations of the Provincial Examinations Institute (Admissions Office).
The 17th past students and current students are treated equally. In principle, there is no restriction on the proportion of men and women in each major.
Article 18 The college shall implement the policy of adding points and reducing points for enrollment formulated by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where candidates are located.
Nineteenth candidates who are unwilling to obey the deployment have been reported to our college by the examination institutes (admissions offices) of the enrollment provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and our college will select the best candidates according to the principle of high scores to low scores.
Article 20 The major of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in the College is architectural design (professional code 44010/h, approval number PDE50UK3A20191076N). This major is a higher education project of architectural design jointly organized by our college and Oxford City College, and only candidates who have filled in the corresponding professional volunteers are recruited.
Chapter V Issuance of Academic Certificates
Twenty-first college students who have completed the courses prescribed by the college within the specified time and met the graduation conditions will be awarded the full-time graduation certificate of general higher vocational (junior college) registered online by the Ministry of Education and recognized by the state.
Chapter VI Conditions for Running a School
Article 22 The College is located in Tongliang District, Chongqing, with Tongliang Campus covering an area of 2 13835.9 square meters, teaching administrative room18692.48 square meters and dormitory area of 78,220.56 square meters. The college has 7 training bases and 56 training rooms, including 8 training rooms jointly built by schools and enterprises, covering an area of 20,895 square meters. There are 4 expert studios, 2 exhibition halls for teachers and students' works, a school-enterprise collaborative innovation center 1, and 5 off-campus productive training bases. Campus architecture has unique design, complete functions, school-enterprise connection, school-enterprise integration, and integration of production and education.
Article 23 The total value of teaching and training equipment invested by the College is 22,050,700 yuan. The backbone bandwidth of the campus network reaches 2000Mbps. The school website, campus video server, teaching resource server, financial management system, book management query system and student evaluation system are established. There are 468 full-time teachers in the college, including 22 with senior titles/kloc-0 and 257 with master's degree or above. The college currently has 8,760 students and 335,000 books.
Chapter VII Scholarships, Tuition and Accommodation
Twenty-fourth according to the relevant provisions of the state and the college, eligible students can apply for the following scholarships:
(1) The national scholarship of the College is 8,000 yuan/year, the national inspirational scholarship is 5,000 yuan/year, and the average national grant is 3,300 yuan/year. It also opened a "green channel" for students with difficulties.
The College has established the Dean's Scholarship, Chairman's Scholarship, Investor's Scholarship, Entrepreneur's Scholarship of Dong Ye and Li Chuang, and jointly established the School-enterprise Cooperation Scholarship of "Paying Attention to Building Dreams and Donating to Study" with Chongqing Zongshen, Chongqing Longjinbao and Chongqing Shuangling.
(II) Freshmen from families with financial difficulties who were admitted in that year can apply for student-origin credit student loans at the student financial assistance management center under the education administrative department of the city (county, district) where the family has opened student-origin credit student loans before entering school. (The above specific assessment policies are implemented according to the documents of the Ministry of Education and the College).
Twenty-fifth tuition fees according to the standards of Chongqing price department. At present, the college fees are all between 8000- 12000 yuan/academic year (see the recruitment information newspapers of various provinces and cities for specific tuition fees).
Article 26 The accommodation rates are 1.200 yuan/person/year (six rooms) and 1.400 yuan/person/year (four rooms).

Chapter VIII Access and Review
Twenty-eighth freshmen admitted to our college should go through the admission formalities at the school within the time specified by the college. Those who are unable to enter the school on schedule for some reason should ask for leave from the college. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for a week after the deadline are deemed to have given up their admission qualification.
After students enter the school, the college will conduct an audit according to the national enrollment regulations. If students are found to have fraud or malpractice, they will be deemed as unqualified in the review and their school status will be cancelled; If the circumstances are serious, the college will hand it over to relevant departments for investigation and handling. At the same time, it is found that students' physical and mental condition is not suitable for studying at school. Those who need to rest at home after being diagnosed in a second-class hospital designated by the college shall retain their admission qualifications in accordance with the regulations.
Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions
Article 29 The College shall set up a leading group for enrollment work headed by the Dean, and its members shall be the vice-president in charge and the heads of relevant departments, and the heads of all departments. The permanent office of the leading group for enrollment work of the College shall be the Admissions and Employment Office of the College.

Thirtieth college does not entrust any unit, institution or individual to engage in enrollment work. For enrollment matters, please contact the College Admissions and Employment Office directly, otherwise the College will not bear any consequences.
Article 31 The articles of association shall be interpreted by the Admissions and Employment Office of Chongqing Vocational College of Art and Engineering. The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail.
