Relationship between Jing and Ye Guan

Uncle-nephew relationship. The relationship between Jing (Zhao Xu) and Ye Guan can be traced back to the Southern Tang Dynasty. Southern Tang Dynasty was a short-lived regime in the history of China, and Ye Guan was the last emperor of Southern Tang Dynasty. At that time, the national strength of the Southern Tang Dynasty declined, and Zhao Xu was the Prince of the Southern Tang Dynasty and the nephew of Ye Guan. When the Southern Tang Dynasty faced the crisis of being annexed by the Song Dynasty, Ye Guan plotted an uprising with Zhao Sui An, the son of general Zhao Xu. However, their plan was leaked, Ye Guan was captured by the Song Dynasty, and Zhao Xu was forced to give up his position in the Southern Tang Dynasty and was placed under house arrest in Daliang (now Kaifeng City, Henan Province) by the Song Dynasty. Later, Zhao Xu was named korean king by the Song Dynasty and kept in touch with Ye Guan.
