I. Time and place of online registration and on-site confirmation

On-site confirmation time: 65438+ February1-65438+February 7, 2020 (working days: 9: 00 am-65438+02: 00 pm, 65438+03: 00 pm-65438+06: 30 pm).
Site Confirmation Location: Window of stonebridge Education Bureau, Cangwu County 1 1 (next to the new county construction headquarters).
Traffic Guide: Take a shuttle bus or taxi from Wuzhou to Shatou, and get off at Cangwu New County Construction Campaign Command.
Ii. authorized institutions and scope
To apply for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers in our county, one of the following conditions must be met:
(1) Having a household registration in Cangwu County;
(2) Holding a residence permit within the validity period of Cangwu County;
(3) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in Cangwu County, who have no criminal record and hold residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, may apply for the qualification of corresponding teachers in Cangwu County; Holders of Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the mainland and mainland travel permit for taiwan residents valid for 5 years shall apply for the corresponding teacher qualification at the place where they take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination. Other conditions, procedures and submission materials for applying for teacher qualification are the same as those for mainland (mainland) applicants.
(4) Active servicemen and armed police stationed in Cangwu County.
Third, the identification object
(a) to participate in the national unified examination for the qualifications of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens.
(2) Full-time college graduates who entered school in 2011and graduated in 2020 due to reasons such as joining the army (the school keeps their student status) apply for direct recognition of the teaching qualifications of the same or similar disciplines as their majors.
Fourth, the identification conditions
(a) should abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, fulfill the obligations stipulated in the "Teachers Law", and abide by the professional ethics of teachers.
(two) should have the necessary knowledge to undertake education and teaching work and the ability to use the knowledge to analyze and solve practical problems in education and teaching.
(three) should have the corresponding qualifications stipulated in the "Teachers Law". Pre-school education graduates from secondary normal schools and secondary vocational schools must apply for kindergarten teacher qualifications, and those who have not been audited and filed by the education department will not be recognized.
(four) should reach the second-class B and above standards in the "Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test" issued by the State Language Committee. Among them, those who apply for the qualification of teachers of non-Chinese subjects, whose household registration or work unit is in a town or village outside the resident of the county-level people's government at the time of application, can have the third level of Putonghua.
(5) Having physical conditions that meet the requirements for engaging in education and teaching. It is required to carry out physical examination in public hospitals at or above the county level according to the physical examination standards for teachers' qualifications in Guangxi, and the physical examination conclusion is qualified.

(1) Online declaration
Applicants should log in to "China Teacher Qualification Network" () for online registration and fill in the applicant's information within the registration time specified by the teacher qualification accreditation institution, and choose the "teacher qualification accreditation applicant online newspaper entrance" for declaration.
(2) On-site confirmation
The applicant shall submit the relevant application materials to the on-site confirmation point designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution within the specified time. The materials to be submitted for on-site confirmation are as follows:
1. Original ID card within the validity period.
2. Fresh graduates are required to provide the original student ID card with complete registration information or the Employment Recommendation Form for Fresh Graduates; Graduates with household registration in our county are required to provide the original household registration book (my page); Graduates who hold the residence permit within the validity period of our county are required to provide the original residence permit; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents are required to provide Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents' residence permits, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permits to and from the mainland, and mainland travel permit for taiwan residents valid for 5 years.
3. Servicemen and armed police stationed in Cangwu County should provide personnel relations certificates issued by their subordinate units or units.
4. Original academic certificate. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications should also be submitted to the original certificate of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education, and the original certificate of foreign academic qualifications issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education should also be submitted.
5. The Physical Examination Form for Teachers' Qualification in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued by hospitals at or above the county level. The conclusion on the physical examination form should be clearly filled as "qualified" or "unqualified" (the validity period of the physical examination conclusion is 1 year) and stamped with the official seal of the physical examination hospital.
6. The original certificate of Putonghua proficiency test level.
7. The applicant's recent color white background 1 inch photo, with name and 8 registration numbers assigned by the registration system on the back, is used to apply for teacher qualification certificate. The photos should be consistent with the photos uploaded during the online declaration.
Special note: when applying online, the applicant shall make sure that the system has passed the verification of academic qualifications, examination certificate and Putonghua information, and it is not necessary to produce the original when confirming on site. For the academic qualifications that cannot be directly compared and verified by the national information system (except the academic qualifications of secondary vocational schools), in addition to the original academic certificate, the applicant also needs to submit the academic qualifications report of China Higher Education (online application in Xuexin.com), otherwise it will not be treated as unqualified academic qualifications. Applicants are advised to verify their academic qualifications in Xue Xin. If it cannot be verified, please apply for a certification report in time.
(3) Qualification determination
According to the evaluation opinions of the Teacher Qualification Expert Review Committee, the teacher qualification accreditation institution shall make a conclusion on qualification accreditation within 30 legal working days from the date of termination of the application period, and notify the applicant of the accreditation result in an appropriate way.
(4) Issuing certificates
Those who are recognized as qualified teachers shall, in accordance with the notification requirements of the teacher qualification accreditation body, receive the teacher qualification certificate at the designated place on time.
