At present, students in secondary vocational schools generally have different degrees of psychological barriers, which greatly affect their daily communication, professional study and skill training, and have a great impact on their survival and development in the future society. The psychology of this period is helplessness, helplessness and hopelessness. The main manifestations of psychological problems of students in secondary vocational schools are summarized as follows:

First, the psychological aspects of learning

Psychological case: Xiaodong, male, in the first year of vocational high school. However, Xiaodong has never been able to get up in class since he entered the vocational school. In class, the teacher always tells the class teacher that Xiaodong sleeps in class. This fact has been confirmed by several unannounced visits. Parents feel that there is something wrong with their children's learning attitude, and the effect of education several times is still not good.

The survey shows that about 1/5 children and adolescents in China have psychological and behavioral problems to varying degrees, and 42% of them in secondary vocational schools have psychological and behavioral problems. 8%。 Students' first priority and activity theme is learning, and the learning psychological problems of vocational school students are the most prominent and common psychological problems. Most secondary vocational school students have not set short-term, medium-term and long-term learning goals, have no good learning methods, lack self-confidence necessary for learning, and lack due interest in professional learning. Such a learning attitude will inevitably lead to unsatisfactory academic performance and distraction in class. They are used to perfunctory things, coping with exams, and are not used to the learning style of vocational schools. Lack of self-confidence necessary for learning will lead to an objective way of attribution, that is, the reason for one's poor learning is attributed to one's lack of intelligence, thus forming a vicious circle until one feels tired of learning.

Second, the psychological aspects of personality.

Psychological case: Xiaojun, male, had to go to the toilet less than 30 minutes after the mid-term exam, and the invigilator was very unhappy after refusing. Five minutes later, he started playing mobile phone again. The invigilator immediately stopped his behavior and prepared to confiscate his mobile phone. The student even robbed the teacher arrogantly and made rude remarks. Finally, the incident was handed over to the political and educational office of the school.

The above cases are all manifestations of poor control and strong rebellious psychology of secondary vocational school students. Teenagers in the transition period of youth are extremely unstable, and a little stimulation from the outside will cause their strong reaction. In order to express themselves, they will ignore the people and things around them. Act impulsively

Some vocational school students always think that their IQ is lower than others, and after the senior high school entrance examination, they position themselves as? Losers? Without ideals and pursuits, I doubt my career and future life. Life is lax, the spirit is depressed, the mind is not striving for progress, and personal dignity is seriously damaged. Some students may be influenced by society, family and friends. They know too much about the dark side of society too early, and they will have doubts, fears or disdain inside. They have a serious rebellious attitude towards the rules and regulations of the school, don't care about the teachers at all, go their own way, muddle along in life and even give up on themselves. Because he is an only child, he is spoiled by his parents, with poor self-care ability and strong dependence. Lack of a clear positioning of themselves, blind pursuit of personality development, smoking and drinking, seeking excitement, fancy clothes, arrogant, aggressive, arrogant. Always care about the gains and losses of their own interests, but rarely consider respecting and caring for others.

Third, interpersonal psychology.

Psychological case: Xiaomei, female, in the first year of vocational high school. Usually at home, I don't like to talk much and rarely communicate with my classmates. In a labor class, several girls in her class were assigned to a group to clean windows. Because she was afraid of heights, she didn't dare to stand on the stool and wipe it, so everyone booed her and called her a coward. She feels that her classmates look down on her and sometimes even have the idea of escaping.

Xiaomei is usually introverted and her family conditions are not good, which makes her feel that she can't hold her head in front of her classmates. She is eager to become one with her classmates, and get psychological support through the recognition of the small group she lives and studies, thus alleviating her inner inferiority and increasing her sense of security. But she was rejected and rejected by her classmates, which greatly hurt her self-esteem. Out of a sense of self-protection, she adopted a evasive approach, closed herself up and avoided contact with others.

Vocational school students have doubts and concerns about normal social interaction and deliberately avoid normal social interaction. When teachers do not handle things related to themselves properly, they will have strong dissatisfaction or prejudice, thus forming antagonistic emotions. Rebellion? Behavior. They prefer network communication and ignore real interpersonal relationships, which makes interpersonal relationships more indifferent.

Fourth, emotional and psychological aspects.

Xiaoduo, female, aged 14, is a freshman in vocational high school. Since entering vocational high school, she has been very concerned about the words and deeds of the opposite sex and always wants to be close to the opposite sex. Once her class played a football match with another class. In the competition, she saw that a boy in another class was very handsome, and Xiaodi fell in love with that boy unconsciously. In extracurricular activities, she often goes to the gym to find him. Gradually, she no longer wanted to be with her classmates, fearing that everyone would discover her secret. Now, as long as she reads a book, the boy's appearance will keep flashing in her mind. My academic performance has plummeted, and I dare not tell my parents, let alone communicate with my teachers. She knows it's not appropriate to fall in love now, but she still can't help thinking about him.

Emotion is a reflection of people's attitude towards objective things and an experience of whether objective reality meets their own needs. Many vocational school students' emotions are influenced by age and psychophysiology, and extreme emotions and behaviors will appear in severe cases. Faced with prejudice or discrimination from secular, school and family, depressed, extremely negative, close to people and things? Ruthless? Look on coldly at group activities, ignore them, are not good at venting their bad emotions reasonably, and are unwilling to communicate with others. Some of them have extreme behaviors: running away, fighting, fighting, having sex, or committing suicide.

Fifth, employment psychology.

Psychological case: Xiaofeng, a junior in vocational high school, is facing a fixed post internship, and the school recommends him to go to the internship unit. However, Xiaofeng asked for a change of internship unit one month before working. Considering that the student just entered the internship post, there may be some discomfort, the school agreed to the student's request, but in the next three months, he asked for a replacement twice in a row, and the school was very helpless, so he was taken to the school psychological counseling center.

Choosing a job and getting employment is an important choice for vocational school students, because it is related to their future survival and development. Therefore, students in vocational schools often show bad psychological states such as fixed thinking, nervousness and anxiety, dependence and withdrawal. Therefore, this kind of psychological problem should be foreseen in school education, so as to do a good job of overwork for students' normal study and life and future work development.
