When the customer receives the goods, read the delivery number on the delivery note carefully and check the receipt. If you have any objection to the number of signed pieces, you can unpack them or contact our customer service to confirm the relevant information.
2. After receiving the goods, it is found that there are few goods.
Please check the number of pieces carefully when delivering goods from the destination country. If the quantity is wrong, please indicate the actual number of pieces received on the delivery note, then unpack and check the detailed goods, and then check with our customer service staff according to the logistics number. If the goods are lost, our company will handle and compensate accordingly.
