Psychological counseling refers to the process of providing psychological help to visitors by using psychological methods. These four methods are to let individuals take the initiative to guide themselves out of their own situation through writing and give opinions and suggestions from the perspective of an objective consultant (or a third party). (1) Writing in the first person "I" is the most common way to keep a diary. It is the simplest and most direct way to face yourself directly by presenting your current situation, problems and seeking solutions through your diary.
Keeping a diary can make people jump out of themselves and analyze events and behaviors from the observer's point of view, so as to enter a completely relaxed and natural state and experience their inner feelings more truly, so as to correctly understand and evaluate themselves, affirm and encourage themselves, increase their self-confidence and find ways to solve problems.
(2) Writing with the second person as "you" is more like a dialogue with "others". The authorities are confused, and the bystanders are clear. When listening to their ideas from the perspective of being asked for help, they have more desire and ability to help them sort out their ideas and find answers. Writing in this way can generate emotions to the greatest extent, help yourself solve bad emotions, stabilize emotions, keep a clear head, and finally achieve the goal of solving problems.
(3) Because of everyone's inner thoughts and shortcomings, only by knowing best, self-dialogue and self-question-and-answer can we constantly explore the essence of the problem.
Through writing, we can create a peaceful question and answer environment. In the process of self-question-and-answer, individuals will gradually discover their true inner expectations and ideas, bravely face their own shortcomings, integrate their inner will, determination and perseverance, and find the answer to the question. (4) The relationship between a person's childhood and his parents determines his personality. The absence of certain emotions in childhood will have a far-reaching impact on people's growth. Due to the lack of judgment in childhood, it is easy for people to turn their deep feelings of childhood into long-term cognition and form inherent beliefs. Recalling the past through words and finding things that were not found at that time can make up for the feelings that are missing now, thus alleviating anxiety and solving the long-term troubles caused by childhood troubles.
In addition, according to the different problems and situations, there are many ways of self-consultation, so you need to try it yourself and guide it consciously, so that writing can become your own consultation and salvation.
