Application analysis of green building technology system?

In this paper, the application of technical measures in 24 green building design and appraisal projects in Wuxi is statistically analyzed, and the high-frequency application technology system of different star residential buildings and office commercial buildings is given, in order to provide reference for the large-scale development of green buildings in Wuxi and other green building projects in hot summer and cold winter areas.

1, Overview of Green Building Development in Wuxi

2. Research samples

Through the collection of green building project declaration and self-evaluation report, the technical measures and key quantitative indicators of green building applied in Wuxi green building project are statistically analyzed. This study collected 24 green building projects, including 8 residential projects (including 1 3 three-star projects, 4 two-star projects and 3 one-star projects); Office and commercial housing projects 16 (including three-star projects 1 6, two-star projects 6 and one-star projects 9).

3. Application analysis of green building technology system

3. 1 Analysis on the Application of Residential Building Technology

The eight residential projects analyzed in this study are all design signs, among which six projects are evaluated according to the evaluation standard of green building (GB/T50378-2006) and two projects are evaluated according to the evaluation standard of green building (GB/T50378-20 14). This study analyzes the application of this technology from five aspects: land saving and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resource utilization, material saving and material resource utilization, and indoor environmental quality. * * * Statistically analyze 56 technical measures [1-3], and take the application rate of 40% technical measures as the dividing line. Figure 1 shows the selection and application of green building technology system in land saving and outdoor environment. The technical measures with high application rate include: optimization of sunshine simulation, selection of native plants, improvement of green space rate, site wind environment simulation, multi-layer greening, public transportation connection, comprehensive utilization of underground space, improvement of public services, laying permeable ground, etc. Figure 2 shows the selection and application of green building technology system in energy saving and energy utilization. The technical measures with high application rate include high-performance envelope, energy-saving lamp, energy-saving lighting control system, external shading system, solar hot water system and so on.

Figure 3 shows the selection and application of green building technology system in water saving and water resources utilization. Technical measures with high application rate include: water system planning, water-saving appliances, rainwater reuse system, water-saving irrigation system, rainwater runoff control and rainwater infiltration measures. Figure 4 shows the selection and application of green building technology system in material saving and material resource utilization. The technical measures with high application rate are: using ready-mixed concrete, ready-mixed mortar and selecting high-strength steel. Figure 5 shows the selection and application of green building technology system in indoor environmental quality. The technical measures with high application rate include indoor natural lighting simulation and design, indoor sound insulation and noise reduction measures, indoor natural ventilation simulation and optimization design. The application of high-frequency technical measures in residential buildings in Wuxi is mainly due to three reasons, namely, the requirements of local standards, low incremental cost and suitability for local climate conditions.

Solar hot water system is a typical measure required by local standards. Wuxi stipulates that solar hot water system should be installed in residential buildings below 12 floor. Typical technical measures with low incremental cost, such as sunshine simulation and optimization, site wind environment simulation, etc., will be adopted by owners because these technologies will not have a significant impact on the cost of green building projects. Rainwater infiltration measures, indoor natural ventilation simulation and optimization design are technical measures suitable for local climate conditions, which have been widely used in traditional buildings in Wuxi.

3.2 Office and commercial building technology application analysis

The 16 office and commercial projects analyzed in this study are all signs of green building design, and all projects are evaluated according to the Evaluation Standard for Green Building (GB/T50378-2006). This study analyzes the application of technology from five aspects: land saving and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resource utilization, material saving and material resource utilization, and indoor environmental quality, and makes a statistical analysis of 88. Figure 6 shows the selection and application of green building technology system in land-saving and outdoor environment. The technical measures with high application rate include: light pollution control, site wind environment simulation, native plant selection, multi-layer greening, public transportation connection, comprehensive utilization of underground space, pedestrian and vehicle diversion, landscape lighting event control, site noise simulation, and improvement of green space rate.

Figure 7 shows the selection and application of green building technology system in energy saving and energy utilization. The technical measures with high application rate include: high-efficiency cold and heat source system, energy-saving lamp, energy consumption sub-metering monitoring system, high-efficiency operation control of air conditioning system during partial load, energy-saving elevator, waste heat recovery system, energy-saving lighting control system, fresh air operation, fresh air utilization in transitional seasons, high-performance enclosure structure and high-performance curtain wall. Figure 8 shows the selection and application of green building technology system in water saving and water resources utilization. Technical measures with high application rate include: water system planning, water-saving appliances, water metering, regional water use, rainwater recovery system, water-saving irrigation system, etc.

Figure 9 shows the selection and application of green building technology system in material saving and material resource utilization. The technical measures with high application rate are: using ready-mixed concrete, ready-mixed mortar and selecting high-strength steel. Figure 10 shows the selection and application of green building technology system in indoor environmental quality. Technical measures with high application rate include: indoor sound insulation and noise reduction measures, indoor background noise control, adjustable heating and air conditioning, barrier-free facilities, indoor natural ventilation simulation and optimization design, indoor natural lighting simulation and design. The application of high-frequency technical measures in office and commercial buildings in Wuxi is mainly due to three reasons, namely, the requirements of local standards, low incremental costs and effective savings in operating costs.

The application of high-performance envelope and renewable energy is a typical measure required by local standards. Wuxi stipulates that the energy saving rate of large public buildings reaches 65%, and at least one renewable energy system is adopted. Selection of native plants, simulation of site wind environment, etc. It is a typical low incremental cost technical measure. Because the adoption of these technologies will not have a significant impact on the cost of green building projects, owners will tend to adopt these technologies. Efficient cold and heat source system and fresh air utilization in transitional seasons can effectively save operating costs and help owners reduce the use cost of the system.

4. Review and analysis of green technology system

Table 1 summarizes the high-frequency application technology of different star-rated green buildings. Through analysis, it can be found that the application of high-frequency green building technology in residential buildings mainly focuses on four aspects: land saving and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resource utilization, and indoor environmental quality. The application of high-frequency green building technology in saving materials and material resources is less. For different star-rated residential buildings, the main differences in the application of green building technology focus on energy saving and energy utilization and indoor environmental quality. The number of applications of high-frequency green building technology with different stars is Samsung (32 items), two stars (26 items) and one star (26 items). It can be seen that three-star green buildings need to apply high-frequency green building technology more than two-star and one-star buildings; Two satellites and one satellite need to apply the same number of green building high-frequency technologies. The results show that it is not difficult for a one-star green building to develop into a two-star green building with the application of high-frequency technology in green building. The application of high-frequency green building technology in office and commercial buildings mainly focuses on land saving and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, and indoor environmental quality.

High-frequency green building technology is rarely used in water saving and water resources utilization, material saving and material resources utilization. For different star-rated office and commercial buildings, the main differences in the application of green building technology are concentrated in three aspects: energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resources utilization, and indoor environmental quality. In terms of energy saving and energy utilization, the application projects of high-frequency green building technology with different stars are: Samsung (15), two stars (13) and one star (9); In terms of water saving and water resources utilization, different star-rated high-frequency green building technology application projects are: Samsung (7 items), two stars (6 items) and one star (4 items); In terms of indoor environmental quality, the application projects of high-frequency green building technology with different stars are Samsung (9 items), two stars (7 items) and one star (5 items). The number of applications of high-frequency green building technology with different stars is Samsung (44 items), two stars (42 items) and one star (30 items). It can be seen that with the improvement of the star rating of green buildings, the high-frequency technology of green buildings required to be applied has greatly increased.

5. Conclusion

Through statistical analysis, this paper analyzes the application of green building technical measures (56 residential buildings and 88 office and commercial buildings) from five aspects: land saving and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resource utilization, material saving and material resource utilization, and indoor environment quality, and gives the high-frequency application green building technical system of different star residential buildings and office and commercial buildings. This study provides reference for the development of green buildings in Wuxi, and can also provide reference for other green building projects in hot summer and cold winter areas.
