How to check the phone bill?

There are two main ways to inquire about telephone charges: self-service inquiry and manual consultation.

Self-service inquiry:

1, you can call the customer service phone of the communication operator with your mobile phone. For example, mobile users can dial 186 1, 1860 or 13800 138000 and follow the voice prompts. Unicom users dial 100 1 1 and follow the voice prompts.

2. If mobile users can log in/inquire, please log in to the website of the mobile phone communication operator.

3. Visit the business hall in person and inquire through the self-service system.

Manual consultation:

Mobile users can dial 1860 or 13800 138000 to choose manual consultation (press 0 after dialing the selected language), or directly inquire at the counter of 100 in the communication business hall.

Unicom users can also call Unicom customer service to choose manual consultation or go to the business hall in person.
