Payment time: heat users should pay the heating fee of 65438 in full before10.20 every year. If the payment is not made within the time limit, a penalty of 5% of the heat fee payable shall be charged according to the contract.
Payment standard: file long joint 20 138, file long fu fa 20 152 1, file long fu fa 20 16267. Residential building: the heating price is 27.00 yuan per square meter (construction area). Non-residents (business premises and other premises): heating price is 3 1.00 yuan per square meter (construction area). If the storey height is more than three meters, the Merxat price will increase by 5% for every 0.3 superelevation. If the storey height reaches six meters (including six meters), the maximum fare increase shall not exceed 50%. Special users with a floor height of more than 6 meters can be determined through consultation between heating enterprises and heat users according to the actual heat consumption.
Stop heating and resume heating:
The payment system of thermal group will automatically default the user's morning heat consumption for one year. If you need to increase the heat consumption, please log in to the official account of WeChat or go to the heating branch before September 20 of that year, and it will not be accepted after the deadline. Description of heating mode: heating: 100% of normal heating, and the heating fee of 100% is required. Stop using heat: if there is no heat, 20% of the operating foundation fee of heating facilities will be paid, and the broken pipes will be handled by the heating group.
